Great insight and advice. I’m currently in the process of adding more projects to my portfolio and this was just what I needed to guide me. I often find myself knowingly stuck in a conceptual headspace when it comes to case studies - hearing you spell it out in plain terms really resonated with me.

Thanks for picking my brain 😂 For real, I definitely needed to hear this. As you mentioned at the beginning of the video, everyone can relate to these as it is really for uxers to get caught up in user-centric theories and completely forget about the business goals. Could you add to the description the questions related to business commercial outcomes? I’d love to take some notes Kind regards!
