Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Thank you for posting this comment, it helps a lot to know I’m not alone feeling this way. 126 days NC for me and I still have days I miss him so much, even to the dismay of myself. But I know that reality is what it is and I can’t change him. I know I can never go back to the person I wanted to love… But I know it’s for the best- he was extremely abusive and dangerous, I can’t do that to myself. I can’t sacrifice my life to that person.

Yes, it's only the beginning. As time passes, you will think less and less about that person. As time passes, if you had physical symptoms, they will slowly fade. Until, one day, as Lee Hammock says, you realize that you were emotionally abused and you did not know at that time, but know you know, you forgive yourself and move on with your life. That is the beauty of No Contact. Hang On, you will get through this. You will become a stronger person, more that you even imagined before. Narcissists are teachers, they teach you self love.

Seems like it won’t ever end and you’re going to die but one day you just wake up and it literally gets easier that’s what I experienced anyway. I still think about it pretty much daily, but I don’t sit in it. Best wishes coming your way.

I can relate. I now know however, that it is not him that I miss. This is an addiction like any other. I now replace the connection with truly calling him out for what it is every day. This is a generational curse that ends with me.

Lee is correct no contact is the only answer to your survival. I was lied to, gaslighted everything. You need to move on with your life. Not only block them, don't think about them at all. They aren't worth it. I feel stronger than ever. It is a process, but, listen to the videos... educate yourself as to why you pick toxic people and you will never be with another toxic person in the future. The new supply will eventually realize what you went through. Do not talk to the new supply or the flying monkeys. Be strong. I have a psychology degree, however, I realize the "Why" do I pick these toxic people. Never again. Love you Lee and all the videos. You are helping the survivors and thrivers. I am a survivor and thriver and feel better than ever. You are worthy of true love.

He is a king. We overcame and survived, but notherless we are not survivors, but we are victors. We won they (the narc. and other mean and hateful people lost.) And big time to. Narc. or not if they have mood swings and are snapy, mean and hateful I drop them like a pancake. I don't want these type of people in my life as they are toxic. I realize we all have narcs traits and that is normal, but when you are mean and hateful for myself that is not normal and mentally sound, but abnormal. I realize I have faults and I am working on that and God is helping me with that. He has helped me so much as of now I can identify toxic people and has given me the knowledge to stay away from them. Praise and Glory to the most high.....God and Jesus Christ.

Mine, too, but this morning. I have plenty to say to him, since he forbade me in July to mention the cheating/lying/manipulation or I would be "violating his boundaries," but waiting for another empty "someday soon" is completely pointless. He still can't entirely admit to himself that he's not this upstanding, ethical, truthful guy. So we can talk through attorneys on legal matters, and we will pass important family info in chat, but I have to be done with this. 22 years. It just floors me how much destruction he wrought to our family in less than a year, and all for love-bombing from somebody he knows struggles mightily with BPD. Vids like Lee's are genuinely helping me find the understanding I've needed to make sense of some of my husband's most-baffling behaviors.

And that trash threatens to physically harm me in my own home. Him and his side homie can philosophize about my faults without me giving two shits about it.

Detachment is the most wonderful and awesome feeling. I have no more feelings or love for my malignant narcissist brother. When you hit detachment and careless about them and their smear campaign you have hit the mark of recovery.

@PersonPersons-kh3bg in my case, I was in love with the narcissistic and he just left me with out a word or any explanation I texted and called him during 5 days and he never answered I was home for 2 weeks when I went out I saw him with another woman, I went immediately no contact with him, he wants me back and follow me but he still with the other woman and other women, that was last year,, he doesn't exist for me because now I am over him like he is dead it was not easy but I never give second chances.

No contact for over a year now. I feel so much better. It was an 18 yr marriage full of toxicity from my ex narc, his mother and daughter. All were horrible! NC was hard at first, but definitely gets easier over time when you learn that you can be yourself and not working overtime to keep them happy... God gets us through. ❤

Take my advice and the minute you find out something that crosses a boundary of yours, cheating, violence, lying....leave! Yassss it’s been a year since I’ve gone no contact. It has been such a blessing since I took my power back. I made sure I blocked him as well. He is correct they will pop in your head here and there. When he pops up in my head I immediately say to myself “nope remember the cursing, name calling, and horrible treatment”. After that the thought leaves lol I have moved forward. I refuse to go back. ❤️

No contact for two months, he kicked me out of his house , called the cops on me and I was almost got arrested. Had to spend some money on a lawyer for it all to be dismissed, the first person to call the cops in California is seen as the victim I came to find out. I still think of him everyday and I miss him, I’m in the bargaining stage of grief. Wondering if maybe I would’ve acted and behaved differently he wouldn’t have discarded me the way he did. He was the first man I had ever lived with. I don’t know if I’ll ever be the same again, it’s left a scar in my heart and in my soul. I can’t believe someone could do that to another human being.

That legal substance part 👏 i used to say it all the time. Feels like I'm addicted to this like a drug and ive been there literally prior to this relationship. Getting sober from the drugs was EASIER. I've moved out, no-contact on day 4. Still getting harrased through blocked messages/voicemails. But I feel strong inside and the only reason I can put down as to why this time is the final time is the compound interest of everything ive learnt through the several attempts to leave, the several heartbreaks, all the information I sought out on narcissist while i was with him. It cracks me up, I didnt even know what a narcissist was before my relo with him, being with him had me near damn studying a degree in narcissism 😂

It was a 4yr situationship with lots of future faking (just learned about that phrase). Today, I’m at 13 days no contact, which is the longest I’ve ever gone without communicating with him. I definitely think about him, but not enough to reach out and open that door again. He’s reached out once basically saying he’s thinking of me and missing me. Anyway, I’ve put my focus back on me. I feel more excited about my present and future plans. A few days ago, I booked my very first cruise, and I can’t wait ☺️ I mentioned that because there were a few times he’d bring up us vacationing in another country, but guess what? No real plans were ever made. Lee, Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences. I’ve watched so many of your videos these past few days, and they’ve been extremely helpful to me 🫶🏽

OMG this so true! There was one night I laid in my bed crying for my Mother, saying to myself "You have no friends, you have no family, you're alone because this is your fault! then I wished "I wished I had my mother" and as I sobbed I heard a voice say "Which mother do you miss? The one that you actually had or the one you wished you had?". I stopped crying immediately and I NEVER want to encounter those people again but those monkeys are always flying. Yes when u speak to someone everyday and then go no contact its hard..thats y i used to wonder how he was able to go ghost for days without a care in the world just because i asked a simple question..then come back as if nothing happened. while he was silent i was healing when he came back i was gone.

I went no contact about 9 months ago. The day I decided to go no contact was the day I decided to heal. It was difficult at first but over time it does get easier. No contact really is the best way to heal and also face the abuse.

As for me,I've been in a narc abusive relationship for 15 yrs,had a heart attack & stroke and quickly saw he did not care so I had to leave and go no contact to save my life,now after 2 months I finally am feeling better,blood pressure regulated,I can actually sleep,my appetite is coming back. I didn't realize how the stress was taking my life. Now its literally one day @ time. I am starting therapy, journalling, reading & educating myself on narcs.

It was super hard for me to block them. It took 13 years plus another year after he ghosted me for 10. I wasted so much money and time for this man. I'm afraid but I know what I have to do if it comes down to it. What kills me is my ex would say that to me...she cant heal in the same toxic enviorment that made her sick...basically life with me. Meanwhile I was always there for her and she put us through hell but she blamed me for her hell. The situations she put us in were crazy and somehow our fights over it must have made her dislike me amd herself more and she'd blame me. I wish I saw these major toxic signs before we had kids. Didn't see 95% of this behavior. My 2 kids are the best blessings of my life but man her toxic behavior shined after and she blames ppd

Lee, I admire you for seeking help for yourself and your family and for your RU-vid platform. Lee, your videos have taught me so much and I'm still learning 😊 I stopped contact and I blocked my ex 8mths ago. However, I replaced my phone earlier this year and his phone number was one of the phone numbers that was lost. Now 3 weeks ago I became very ill. However, last Saturday I had a missed call from a no I didn't recognise,at first but it looked familiar to me. I then received an message saying I've heard that you're not very well if I needed any help let me know it was my ex😅. At first my thought was how lovely and as I went to reply to his message a little voice said to me don't respond so I didn't. Anyway I forgot to block him until I received another missed call and message he's been blocked now and I happy with my decision 😊 Thanks to you Lee😊

No contact for a little over a month. The hovering didn’t work in his favor. I was able to say all of the things I needed to unpack. Yeah , he apologized and all that Jazz. The messages got laborious … I patiently waited…. Finally he suggested we go our separate ways once I let him KNOW I was not returning. (I was discarded in a foreign country) I am curious,.. I’m human. Staying strong. I must resist the temptation to unblock. These videos are great!!!

So true. Going no contact was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my bc I was addicted to him. 2 months now. Only by God's grace. I emphasize what Lee said ... don't do this on ur own. Get the right support. Join Lee program he knows what he is talking about.

thank you. iys been four months since i ended it and shut the door but i have opened it again because his sister got in touch and told me how much he was missing me, i felt sorry for him and thought we could be friends. but evryone of his messages is manipulative in some way. i need to close that door, lock it and throw that key in the sea!

Me going no contact with my ex has been so so hard but after 3 times of believing he will change and seeing things get worse I reached my limit and left after I screamed and cried my eyes out because I literally broke. I blocked him and told all my friends and family to block him too My coping strategies are 1. My dairy - because I wrote everything in there and whenever I miss him I look into it for carlity 2. Music - certain songs like - Annie Lennox Thorn in my side, Anastasia Out of love, Sick and tired, Annie Lennox - No more I love yous and so many other songs have made me have comfort. 3. Getting out and working on my mental health, focusing on me and what I want from life .... But working on my mental health has been the hardest part If any of you feel Ur alone your not, don't beat urself up and keep saying to yourself ( I am worth love and to be treated with respect, my needs, my feelings and myself are not an opinion and I refuse to see myself as such) You are loved, you are one of a kind and you are a work of art is progress - remodel yourself to what you want for u have the the tools

I went no contact a month ago. I saw few articles about private pictures getting leaked of a couple. I got paranoid that what if he does the same. So I texted them yesterday to delete my pictures. This is one of THE BEST episodes I’ve watched on your channel. Man. You dropped gems. I shared this with no less than five other survivors. I had to stop this a few times to take notes. I’ve gone no contact two months now. I was only w him a few months and just couldn’t do it anymore. The mental abuse and verbal abuse was every other day and the love bombing in between. I couldn’t do it anymore and literally RACED, RAN to a mental health non profit locally begging to see someone bc I thought I was losing myself, I was coming undone. I cannot tell you how free I feel now. I’m not my ole self. I’m better bc I will never disregard the red flags, I will never look outside of myself for love and validation. I cannot thank you enough for your work. You’re truly a servant and doing Gods work.

I think my crazy ex, hates me to much for him to ever reach out to me ever again. He doesn't want to deal with my mouth or what I have to say to him. He's to much a freaking coward to take any accountability from what he has done to me. I'm way to sinister of supply for him to deal with anymore. If he ever did turn up I wouldn't bother answering him anymore. I don't want to hear his lies anymore. I don't want my ears to bleed anymore from anymore lies and bullshit. 118 days of no contact! It's really the fact that at 2:02 I had to pause because SEVERAL times in my life my mother has said EXACTLY what you just said to me because I removed access to myself, not tryna punish her but because my anxiety was getting so bad I was legit getting ill over being exposed to her. I tried to tell her about 5 years ago, imploring her to at least try therapy with me and that went about as well as tryna bathe a wild bobcat with a bath and bodyworks loofah and good intentions. Chile lemme just sit here a minute 🤣

I just changed my numbers. I'm married to one and he just said some of the meanest things to me, he even said, " your mother is dead, hahahah." At that point, I was done. He even sent me death threats. Smh.

Left a narcissist husband 1 month ago. We were married 8 years. I went no contact .He is blocked on everything. I am suffering the aftershocks of the whole 8 years. No contact is my choice, so I can heal my pain quietly. There is nothing left to talk about.

I’m surrounded by narcissistic ppl so much to the point I probably am one too. My dad’s go to is abandonment and silent treatment, my mom’s is gaslighting and reverse psychology and my kids dad is all of the above. I’m not intentionally narcissistic but at times I do recognize intrusive thoughts or if something isn’t going my way I feel the urge to manipulate the situation although most of the time I don’t but it’s hard, kind of like the saying “hurt people hurt people” I’m just out here trying my best not to hurt people 🧘🏽‍♀️
