No contact without looking back is the best choice in my book. It is hard to survive a narcissist. I’ve gone through it twice. Both times it seems like I was under a spell. I lost myself. Now I see red flags 🚩. That took counseling and educating myself about narcissism . I meditate too to be able to see clearly in the present moment. I call them mental predators. This channel is a rare one. A narcissist educating us on narcissism. Incredible

I started acting like him because nothing else I was trying was working so I had the smart idea of starting to act like he did at lasted seven weeks he threw me out lol

Saying "no" and calling them out on their bs (especially when you have PROOF) makes them absolutely rabid. I found out today. Not for the first time. But definitely for the LAST... I woke up to abusive messages (for no reason other than me not having money to give them right then). Then, I was called abusive for defending myself. THEN, he said that he didn't see how what he said was abusive, that he didn't understand why I was being mean to him, and that he "was just trying to communicate that he needed help." Yeah... By saying I'm a backstabber, a betrayer, a c**t (and so much more), while I'm ASLEEP? Yep. You need help. But not the kind you think you need. And not from me. Not ever again.

Moving on. Getting stronger. Being honest about abuse publicly, no contact

When my ex and I broke up the first time he tried to hoover me back into a "friends with benefits" situation and I wouldn't take the bait. That's when he did the whole "I'm going to start therapy and I want a family with you". Obviously that worked at the time. What I didn't know was that the next 5months of my life was essentially an intentional plot to break me down, make me afraid to live without him, and essentially attempt to make me his "bunker wife/mole woman". It didn't work, and I got away safely, but DAMN that does some serious damage to the psyche long term 💔😵‍💫

Oh yes. That is soooo true! They are so toxic. They actually get all their other narcissistic friends to come bully you. LOL

How to drive a narcissist crazy: Ask the narcissist if they want a slice of cake, then proceed to cut a slice straight out of the middle, and return any extra icing to the main cake. How to drive a narcissist crazy while not looking like a serial killer: Say no often, and tell others what they've said to you, with proof. Harassment doesn't get to be a secret.

It's so hard to go no contact when you miss them and they clapped your cheeks soo good 😩

I met this guy at work. I gave him my number. I had his number, told him to call me in 3 days if I forgot to call him, but wait 3 days. He didn't, he called me the next night. The conversation was weird, testing my boundaries constantly and I decided I didn't want to speak to him again. He started talking about wanting to unalive himself. I said, okay, thats your choice to make, good luck. Changed my number the next day. I ignore him and don't make eye contact when he comes into my job. Very manipulative person.

I really think I should get a one on one. I just got off of work. He’s blowing up my phone because he saw my plans about wanting to get a house. He doesn’t think I can do it, I said, even if I have a roommate, the same thing we’ve been doing the past year together? He is freaking out. Threatening me. Saying I’ll have to move out sooner so he can start his life. He doesn’t want to wait six months while I save for a house. I never said I would stay here while I wait. No matter what I say. He has another excuse. It’s just funny because he broke up with me after 11 years. Is now saying I’m screwing him over and taking the dog and can’t get this house. My brain feels like it’s gonna explode. I don’t know how much more I can take. I’m worried he’s going to snap he’s never been physical at me intentionally, caught himself before following through. With all of our history, I know he still cares about me. I’m just worried he’s going to do something stupid but he’s covert. When he’s upset or hurt he gets you back in a meticulous cruel way. He’s got me playing chess when I thought we were playing checkers.

No contact is so helpfull and it's less stress and pressure on yourself, you get to heal aswell. I know this is going to sound insane, but when my narc man and I are fighting, and he leaves the house, I cannot handle it. He can go no contact and still be chilling. Even if I am the one who asked him to leave, I hate it so much. It’s weird and crazy, it’s like I’m going through a withdrawal and I need this toxic man back in my life. Having kids with him doesn’t make it easier. I don’t know how to be strong and not contact him. I feel like he knows I need him and I have to show him that I’m strong and don’t need him. But it will take me literally years to get back on my feet because I depended on him a lot.

It will be interesting to see what will happen when I do start dating. I kicked my ex out 6 months ago for continually having an affair. It only resulted in him more openly having his affair, while still living w/ me. If she dumps him for awhile, he tries to come back and claims love and to find healing. I've been firm, that no, there's no changing the decision he made.

The narcissist block me because I called her out about my grandkids adoption. Of course she said I’m not doing this in all caps. Lol I miss my grandkids so much. It’s not hard to move on away from the narcissist adopted parents but they have my grandkids. I haven’t seen them in about a year. These kids are all I have left in this world. The parents know this and they just don’t care. They have no empathy. They are trying to erase my grandkids past. It’s killing me.

My ex narc he sent me a message randomly one day "Thank you" then he went onto write he was moving and looking thru old cards I gave him n it made him smile🤔I ignored then he sent a followup this all on social media & wrote being his ex is noy a flew I should be embarrassed. I've had to delete down to my Pinterest account because the more I ignored the more attempts he would make to contact or would watch all my posts.
