Aloha from beautiful Hawaii. Danny, you have a heart of gold. So kind of you to share your food with a homeless person who probably has not eaten for the day. Even though your meal is interrupted continuously by eager fans, you are so cordial to allow them to take pictures with you. You are an absolute inspiration to all and this video really lifted my spirits, as I was having a rough day.
@THE REAL 29 Hey man, chill out, you can’t confirm that the man is NOT Homeless. You just needed something to pick on in my positive comments for Danny. I was saying positive comments to encourage Danny and others to BE KIND. Maybe, you could learn a lesson or two by being kinder with your comments.
The sweet young assistant standing behind the till it looked like her first day on the job. Danny as ever kind and considerate giving food to the homeless. I was waiting for one of those box lids to be knocked to the ground by passing pedestrians. Danny must have took up 75% of the pavement.
@neutral adventurer There's loads of tanning salons in the north east - not sure why, but a lot of people seem to want to make themselves orange throughout the year. I blame shows like Geordie Shore. So yeah, probably a good money making scheme if the market isn't already saturated. 😀
"I'm dribbling like a baby looking at a chocolate bar." classic. Cracking seeing you take on my home town parmo. With all the rain you get, you really need a campevan, with its own dry dining arrangements - it would suit you to the ground.
I reamember my first parmo, honestly it's classic seeing people from other parts of the UK try them as it's top dish. Honestly I'd highly recommend any of you try it
@@adrianovasco3096 where do you live that has Maltese takeaway owners? I can remember people saying in the 80s that a lot of chefs, barmen and bouncers in Soho were Maltese.
To be fair we don't have a lot going for the town, but we do have a lot of hard working honest people who at times get overlooked by the problems we have here
@@pdalton1907 me dads from boro and he’s the most honest hard working grafter there is, the boro lot get a bad reputation from the stereotype of the place being rough but the people are as honest as they come
*while taking up 2/3 of sidewalk even though he could just angle box other way :D just kidding, but it was funny to see all the people having to squeeze around him
Danny is who all human beings should aspire to be when they grow up... Prince of a man, heart of gold. Been watching since he had around 7K viewers, I have slacked off a bit as the formula is getting a bit old for me, plus I don't live in the U.K., but the man is a dream and every time I come back he blows me away.
You not only make our day with your videos, but you’ve made that lads day by giving him chips. The world needs more of you. Keep up the great work mate 💙
I think your "Pal" had some "spice" of his own Danny mate. I was expecting some numpty to walk by and knock a couple of boxes off the table with them lids taking up the highway ! 😂
@Riviera Rick Jesus Christ you’re a snowflake aren’t you. He’s not harming anyone with his boxes ahahaha, if there was a disabled person or old aged pensioner needing to get by he would definitely pack up and help them..
@@sherlockgnomes8971 but think of all those pavement cyclists. 😊 I am an occasional cyclist and it drives me nuts. I moved back to Boro 6 years ago and I can't believe how much it happens (the pavement cycling ,not the stray lids). Complete chavs giving cyclists a bad reputation. But I do agree, he should have moved those boxes in a bit.
It started in the Europa on Borough Road as far as I know. Long before Manjaros was born. Tasted amazing but not sure how good they were because I always had one at the end of a heavy night out in Boro 🤣🤣
Your know that in M'bro the spray tans of the staff will match the colour of their fleeces.......... Great review. My son gets his takeaway from this place ever time he visits the Boro. He's also been know to bring a Parmo home too Dorset.
I agree. What part of the States are you from. I ask as I've had family in the States dating back as 1750 ish. Also for modern day family and friends throughout most of the country. Take care and be well......
Top work fella. Killing it with kindness. What a lot of commenters here fail to realise is that Danny's personality is very deescalating and calming. Whether the bloke was homeless or note, needy or not, a drug addict or not is irrelevant really. Had Danny been of a character to tell the bloke to foxtrot-oscar things may have got ugly, but it didn't. #BeKind
Best part of my day is watching Danny. Props to you, Danny, Cameraman, and Editor. Find some more American smoked ribs and brisket. Makes a backslid religious man return to the church! Cheers!
Such a humble man danny we love very❤ always thinking and giving to others ❤ I don’t really have any mates but chilling watching your vids makes me feel we are all your friend
You my friend are a ledgend, I'm a boro lad and we get a fair bit of stick but you can't meet a more hard working and loyal set of people. You giving the guy your chips was a lovely thing to do. Your more than welcome in our town any time 👍🤙🤙👌
It's great to see a Boro Parmo on Rate my Take away. I was born and lived in Middlesbrough for 20 years. I used to love a drunken Parmo after a nightout. That said you need to see a heart surgeon after one 😂😂 Global warming must be hitting my home town hard. Plenty of decent sun tans😉
@Yodee Basher He wasn’t really judging him, he was just saying what he was. A smackhead. AKA, a druggie. He wasn’t insulting his situation, he was just stating that he was probably a typical druggie which I agree with. It makes it obvious with how he acts. Please don’t act like a professor who knows everything in the RU-vid comments lmfao
Or they are beautifull mate, massive thing in Middlesbrough I get them at least 3 times a week, it’s chicken in golden breadcrumbs fried with a bechmel sauce on topped with Red Leicester cheese !!!!! Amazing
Danny, what an utter legend. When he gave those huge, super-tasty looking fries away, he just did it SO low-key. Barely any mention of his action. No “yeah you take mine, you must be hungry….(aren’t I great?!)” type thing. He just mentioned “the chips I just gave to me new pal” or something similar…. No judgement, nothing. That looked scripted, it was so smoothly done and worded. And the food looked amazing, too! Danny your work & videos are more enjoyable by the episode, pal! Please keep it up!!!
Danny, I did see a video when Covid hit and you could only get curbside takeout. A couple outfitted the back of a small van with a table & chairs so they could pretend they were eating out instead of at home. You might want to do that for cold weather. They just opened up the back doors.
I moved up to Northumberland from Teesside 11 years.ago, and it was nice to hear Teesside voices again after 11 years of Geordie (no offence to any Geordies out there because you're all lovely people).
The only reason to be begging for food in England is if you’re a Class A Addict or hardcore alcoholic with bad money management. I will help homeless people with food but no bleeding heart nonsense about it
@@classicepisodesofcrimewatc9971 so I guess the 7 years I spent on the street after serving 12 years in the forces were because I was an addict with money management problems. There are hundreds if not thousands of reasons people end up in the shit. Choose your words.
@@Ste-fx8dr I’m ex army myself and I can’t begin to imagine what you went through after leaving tho I felt lost when I left, it left a big void in my life but seems like you have turned your life around so I wish you all the best for the future buddy, take care.
Can't believe you came to my local area and I missed you mate glad you enjoyed your parmo mate you even parked at the university that I attend! You are a legend mate thanks for your content
Went to Uni in Middlesbrough. Loved a good parmo. Not had one since I left in 2004. Might need a trip back up however I have just seen that Manjaro's have a restaurant in Preston so that might need a visit too! Crack video again Danny and Camera Man! thank you!!
Love all your videos Danny. But that's one that defo appeals to my taste. That looked amazeballs. Keep up the outstanding work. All the best from Scotland 🙏👍🏴🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧
Anyone who calls a fizzy drink "pop" deserves to be overcharged! You in the Royal family or something? Pop? How English lmao. Come say that in Belfast youll be laughed out the shop
How do you know he was homeless? could just have apartment some where and was just carving food , as he might have spent all his money on drugs .. and didnt have any money left over for food
Greetings from the US. I just discovered your channel and I love watching your videos. Even though I can only understand about every 4th word LOL Keep it up mate :) When I come to visit the UK some day I hope I can meet you and try some takeaway with you. cheers!
'Danny the Legend' seems to make us smile for a different reason in every episode :-).......to be honest about 95% of us would have told that guy to "F$%* OFF" but not Danny, cool as a cucumber.....absolute heart of gold.
