Oh my gosh - love Stone Island. We did the exact same thing back in 2019. We parked ourselves at Lety’s for the day and they took excellent care of us. It was very chill. You’re right about the vendors. All part of the beach experience in Mexico.
Thank you so much for your videos Port Monkey! We used your information to go to Stone Island from a HAL Panama Canal cruise on the Nieuw Amsterdam. We walked to the ferry and then to Lety's Restaurant once we got to the beach. They organized a Honda ATV for us (900 pesos for one hour for the two of us) as well as 2 loungers and an umbrella in the front row. We had a lovely lunch and drinks there. Enjoyed our time at both places and then took the ferry back. We found an open air taxi tour/ride back to the ship from the ferry. Highly recommend all of it, we had a GREAT day!!
Just wanted to say thanks for these excellent directions as we just returned. I had full confidence using your directions and had a great experience. We settled in at the Molokay restaurant and had great food and service.

Just recently joined your channel what I see that a lot of your postings are really close together I don’t understand how you could be in two ports really close together is there anyway that you could tell or post what day you are actually at that particular port at the beginning of your posting that would help us out a lot thank you so much we are new to your channel
We could do that (if we remember). We have gone on 6 cruises since September and we post the videos as we finish them. There have been a lot of ports and made videos in all of them. We also still have some from before covid left to post. We started putting the month and year in the beginning of the videos to help people.
The ferry ride is round-trip. They give you a ticket that you show them when you get back on. The bathrooms were in the restaurants that we sat on the beach in front of. Thanks for the little tour you’re very gutsy to go in an area you’ve never been to before. Me personally we save our pesos in our pockets when we go to Mexico and stay on the ship living in San Diego you can only go so many times to Mexico and then you can say enough is enough lol
