Did someone say Claustrophobia?
The thought of being underground attempting to walk through mines and caves no wider than the width of a normal person is pretty nerve wracking for the most "normal" of people.
Me being someone who has lived with anxiety and panic attacks for over 15 years, this would usually have been something that I'd immediately refuse to even consider. But during this recent trip to Llandudno in Wales, I felt compelled to just try new things.
Join us, as myself, my girlfriend and my son travelled 20 metres underground in the Bronze Age Copper Mines at Great Orme on this self guided mine tour.

Still going i see!! All psycological ain't it.. they say. My anxiety will never go away cause when i walk out the door to do my job or anything else with asscociates, fellow employees and friends i know i will get mocked for being anxious because they know i am and when i get home to my wife and children and also family... real or step, i know i will get mocked for being anxious because they really do know that i am anxious.. 3 years and still going!! What i have realized is that is all these people and services that pretend to understand and support pips with MH conditions don't really give two flying f's about this S%£T. How i am still living and and breathing is a miracle. 3 years ago i was riding a crest of a wave and now... well lets say.. my life is still phuked up. Anxiety is the best feeling ever!!!! Bleddy brain😨
