[Intro] Indestructible On this rock, I lie, but I'm alive for good And I just free myself now from all what was wrong Break the unbreakable [Verse 1] All the stars fearlessly bright They call me out there, order me to face the wind My structure's alive, body's on the way Don't bow down before the walls Of fear and madness, they try to counter me And strike me down to the ground again [Verse 2] Inexhaustible The strength of fire is running through me Spine-like beam of light What mortal could ever break this force? Unconstrained I see at last my backbone straighten Thy serpent made of bones Finally rise up from the ground awaken [Outro] Beat your feet on the ground now, go
I saw them while on tour for this album, and they blew Lamb of God out of the fucking building. My buddies and I were looking at each other in absolute disbelief.….then we hit the pit!
Yeah! I was actually thinking about that. They're like the Rush of metal: You listen to the records and you fucking love them, but to see the real power this band displays you absolutely need to see them live.
The fact that Mario doesn't use triggers on his kicks with this music is absolutely incredible. Especially since he just uses straight kicks for all his fast work. Not double strokes, heel toe, swivel, etc. The dude is a machine.
@@jez_77 Every drummer in a large metal band no matter how much they deny it, uses software and triggers to some extent. Metal has gotten way too loud, staccato, and way too compressed for drummers to contistently kick with max-power on every bass note for 9 month to year-long tours at this point.

Need me some louder, better quality headphones for listening to Gojira! Gotta get me some that crank it up to at least 11. Preferable 12 or 13. Ya know jet engine decibel levels.
no doubt, may be one of the most pure concert Executions ever, I can't find words. every time I watch this video im speechless. love how Mario, often time the kick and snare with his brothers singing
I see that there's a set of video of Gojira from you Djozef : a new set of videos to put in my favorites! Man, I really have to thank for everything that you do! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Opeth will be releasing their new album in both English and Swedish versions. This made me wonder... how awesome it would be for Gojira to record a few songs in French! I would not understand a thing, but the concept seems quite appealing.
Not really, swedish is a pretty language to hear when sung. Not french. I'm french, i can tell. But you can find a bit of french in Gojira's discography here and there. On the song Low Lands for example if we speak about Magma, and more on the album Terra Incognita.
@@DjoZzef Of course it is nice to hear french in music. But not in Metal. Or at least, it's okay with extreme metal, because we can't tell what it is said.
1:21 ......just look at all those people.....just standing still.....what the hell Frenchmen!! This stuff is some of gojiras best metal, your countrymen, and you just stand there.....shameful! I wish I had the chance to experience these guys! Excellent musicianship, excellent music.....sorry gojira but your home crowd sucks!!!
You have to understand this is not a metal festival, it's not even a rock festival. You could hear pop, rap, electro. I guess the crowd is more or less shocked by the performance
I was in the crowd this night, Gojira was the only metal band of the festival (other groups are electro, pop, rock), it was 2AM, I had personally booked the day just to see Gojira but you have to keep in mind that it wasn't the case for most of the people there and still 50k stayed because they were simply curious (Joe said he was actually surprised and appreciated a lot that the crowd was still so big to listen). I love headbanging etc but it's not because a crowd doesn't move that it doesn't like the sound, people were trying to truly listen to the music and feel it (for those not fond of metal). Check Hellfest if you want to see a French crowd of metal fans.
it's amazing to be here with you tonight , thanks for your welcoming , the next song 's called Blackbone : ) . just hope the translation is good enough (I'm French).
wow 6 times? Where do you even live? I rarely have the oppertunity to watch any band live where i live. /: Probably going to see gojira next year if i can find anyone who is willing to go with me.
What an amazing band, so incredibly heavy, they are earth shattering and devastating, like a vicious force of nature, they make they earth tremble like an avalanche.
