That’s what I’m thinking! Gojo’s infinity should be able to automatically filter out what is a threat due to mass, velocity, shape, and potency

and that's only cuz he programmed it that way to save up cursed energy, he can just also activate it consciously to stop everything regardless of whether it's harmful or not once he realises all might can hurt him with shockwaves or something

Well, I wasn’t saying that it let Sukuna tank the attack. I got the idea that it was more like he didn’t have to take on the entire brunt of the effect of unlimited void thanks to Megumi. I also interpreted it as Sukuna basically sharing the effect with Megumi’s soul. If it is true that UV just naturally effects all the souls in a persons body then All Might probably couldn’t break out of UV if he was hit. Either way I don’t think it works on him due to zero CE. But thanks for letting me know.

I feel that would be kinda weak since Gojo is in his twenties, he’s one of those late millennials/early gen Z, no reason for him to pass on since he’s still very young killing of Gojo for the sake of the next gen when he’s arguably still part of the next gen feeds into the narrative that past 20 you’re basically done All Might himself is 49 so it makes sense that he’d be looking to the next generation to replace him but Gojo isn’t trying to retire now he’s just preparing for the future when he is All Mights age and needs a replacement

Shockwaves would not reach Gojo. Air has kinetic energy and that is enough for Infinity to detect and block. Please people if you don't know how abilities work in certain verses then do not scale them. Gojo literally explains how his Infinity detects threats to Gojo automatically to block it. That is why he can have it 24/7 and still be able to breath, because Infinity allows normal air to pass through, but shockwave or hurricane or other type of wind stong enough to hurt Gojo would be automatically blocked.

Gojo can't kill All Might with basic punches, Black Flashes, Blue or Red, they're all too weak to hurt him, as even his weakened version is atleast Large Island while holding back. The only attack that can land is UV, but not only can All Might tank it for way longer than Sukuna, as we've seen in the manga, people can move inside his domain, so All Might can just kill Gojo while inside infinite void, as his infinity is not up during that time

I'm pretty rusty explaining this in English because I've studied this stuff in Italian but there's a specific reason why Gege uses math before physics to explain what Gojo's infinity does and that is the "manipulating space" is a dumbed down version of a convergent series that someone can understand since it's a less abstract concept than the first. Assuming that you have no knowledge about a convergent series and many mathematical concepts, I'll try to break things through on a simple level, not to show off but to actually give you a better context of what happens with infinity for future videos. A series is a sum of successions, which are functions that are created using natural numbers, with natural numbers being 1,2,3,etc... skipping all decimals. With them being functions, you can pretty much build an infinit amount of numbers with naturals, like 1.1, 1.11, 1.111 and pretty much any number you can imagine between all of them. The problem is, you can build ANY number, not ALL the numbers in that space, I'll always find a real number that you were not able to build. Why does that happen though? The reason is, natural numbers are an infinite amount of numbers, that's a pretty given fact since you can count from one to infinity without ever using decimals and that would completely count as an infinite amount of numbers. How does the natural set compare to the real set of numbers though? The real set of numbers fills the gap between each natural number with an infinite amount of decimals, irrationals and so on. If I wanted to compare the set R of reals and N of naturals I could do so by taking the whole naturals set and just the space between 0 and 1 in the real numbers set, while you count to infinity in naturals, all of the numbers are devided by the same gap whilst the space between 0 and 1 in real has no gaps whatsoever because you can never find the smallest number between each real element, this alone means the space between 0 and 1 in the latter is muuuuuuuch bigger. If you don't believe what I'm saying, keep in mind that you can tell how many naturals are between 1 and 5 and it's a limited amount, whilst between 0.1 and 0.11 there's a limitless amount of reals since I can always proceed to a lower decimal and would never finish counting. The conclusion is, those two infinites aren't even comparable and the second one is so much bigger than the first that you can take any portion of that infinite space which and still obtain something that is beyond reach for the other infinite in which you are always sure that while you count you are progressing by one, whilst on the other hand you aren't even sure of what is going on while you count in the real set because of the way it is constructed. We could say you progressing too slowly to close the distance. What does that have to do with limitless? Ultimately the explanation would be that with Gojo turning anything that gets in his range into a convergent series, it means that the space between you and him has upscaled and now any of you move exactly how the natural set would move into a small gap of the real set, it doesn't matter how hard you try to count, you can't close the gap between 1 and 0 because you're not big enough. Gojo's space isn't empty, there's oxigen and everything else, he just decides what becomes infinitely far from him and what doesn't. No form of energy that works as we know so far with physics could hope to do something about it as far as I know. When you see attacks going through, like cursed tools or domain amplifications, it's because as soon as they enter the technique, then it gets nullified and whatever limitless can do, it now is turned off. Keep in mind that I don't have a degree in maths so some explanations might be roughly wrong but the conclusion should be the same, I repeat this is not a flex but just a way for you to have a better understanding of what Gege said when he explained limitless for the first time with just the word "convergent series".

The things you stated are from different anime and shows. Sure, DBZ abilities can be negated by simply being stronger, but that is in DBZ. Natsu may of been able to burn through time, but that is in Fairy Tail. We are talking about JJK and MHA. Not to mention, Gojo is stronger than most of the MHA verse (If not all of it) so your idea of bypassing hax would be rendered useless.

I would like to counter that go hillpoint with the fact that gojo's Infinity doesn't make a barrier what it does is it infinitely divide space between you and the other person which cannot be overcome without specific cursed abilities or techniques to counter it or go to what turns it off otherwise you just infinitely divide space between one location and another not allowing it to hit

There is no speed you can achieve to bypass infinity unless you believe that Infinite speed can be achieved (good luck with that, as above light speed all matter ceases to exist, and light speed is not even near infinite speed). Sheer speed or sheer attack power will not go through Infinity, because infinity is exactly that, infinity.
