I'm sure you do not remember me But you played at my church at Glen Raven Baptist Church but I now live at the beach now but regardless where i live my God is here.
I don't know that Ivan's vocal quality has diminished, but it did seem to me like he was struggling a bit. Maybe he was ill, like @Bostonshawn508 pointed out. I think part of it may be that he has been singing solo for so long, he may have had some difficulty adapting to quartet singing again, because it is very different singing in a group from singing solo.

You can also sign up at bsaworld.com and tell them you want to be notified when southern gospel groups are in your area. You select certain states so sometimes they still might be a little further away than you would like but you will know when and where they're performing. Ivan is fairly active on Twitter. I met him while he was performing with Gold City for my 21st birthday...still love him!

Ivan has lost a TON vocally. How far out of a microphone can one sing?? And these are not the original keys these songs were sung in either. Still good to see though, but not the same...
