really regret getting the spoked 15" . Gets caught up on everything

Just get a flat closed skid for it.

Enjoyed the video. Can you explain pros spoked v solid?

Thanks. A solid/flat bottom coil is easier to glide along rough terrain. Also, one run of tape around the outside and the skid is sealed from dirt. The only real advantage of a spoked is that they're usually lighter.

You did well with that nugget, i agree with you regarding the 17x13, they are very underated and seldom used coil.

Yep it's such a nice combo, and easier to pin-pointer deeper targets compared to the round.

Good to see you using the 4500 & Evo 15 PT, I have this combo, mainly use the 12 Evo or 8 Detech mono and if I find any colour I'd go back with the 15 and comb the area.

Yeah I love the 12" evo especially if the ground is a little shallower. But where there is 20cm of dirt before you start hitting the wash layer, I prefer the larger coils. And that little 8" detech is super stable in bad ground.

Well done mate, you always manage to sniff them out. It's great to see even if it makes me frustrated why I can't do the same. Well done😃

Thanks man. I try to show some trash digs to keep things real, but trust me there is a lot of time between gold sometimes that you don't see in a ten minute video.

I love it. The detector sounding off on something in a new area, and the anticipation during the retrieval.
