What to did you use for the engraving??

This technique is good but it need more gold since its hammered and half of gold is inside. In India we use thin wire without hammering

Groves and then an undercut ,I'm going to attempt the engraving with a fiber laser and inlay with sterling silver wire. Whats your opinion?
