Ahoj Dušan, I like the way, you go straight for gold, but smelting all that metals could give you big copper button with some 1-2 % of gold, I assume nothing remotly 10 karat. Cupelling could take some time and gas... chemical treatment is a must in this case... Thank you for showing new method.

Unfortunately, I haven't been doing private carpentry work for more than 2 years, but in the meantime I will be working on the terrace at home, so I will definitely record it.

I burn them. Dump the ash in a jar, like a canning jar. Use hot water, swirl it / wirlpool. Wait just a few seconds the gold sinks, then pour off the dirty water. repeat until the ash is washed out
There is gold leads from the outside connections to the actual center chip. But you seems to only grind the center chip area and not the area to the connectors. You could yield more gold if you ground to those edge connectors. Just and idea...
Dusan. Do you think it is a quickly method to refine ic chips instead of burning all the ichips?? What is the advantage to do this method. It seems to be interesting. I personnatly burn all the chips.
Low quality chips I burn and grind whole, but I separate the chips with legs on 4 sides because they are medium category.I think the advantage of this process is that you end up with a lot less rinsing material, thus saving on acids and having a lot less dead weight.Of course I also think that cooking chips in sulfuric acid is the best way to extract gold but also the most dangerous.
