Today we're making HOMEMADE CRUMPETS and you won't regret it! Light, fluffy, golden and spongey - crumpets are perfect to enjoy with butter, honey, or jam. Enjoy warm and let the spreads drip through the crumpet holes! These crumpets can be further toasted, or stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for a couple of months.
