Fun fact: the skeletons can in fact be killed, but they (for some reason) have twice as much HP as the final boss himself.

Those skeleton do a crazy combo, and that scream when he dies is so funny

Sega was notorious for having final bosses that looked like they were bored out of their fucking minds. Sauros in Shadow Dancer, Death Bringer, Loki in Ghouls and Ghost. Everytime I get to them I just pause the game and look at them because it's funny as shit. Especially Death Bringer.

But i really have a question, i played this Game many times in the years 2000-2001, after beating the final boss, they open the gates, and then it continues inside, i have not seen anybody playing after beating the last boss!!! How is that possible? And i am talking about the golden axe 1 not 2-3 or the rest!!! Can someone explain to me? 🤣🤣
