Haha 800 would be nice! Was hoping more if it’s gold 🤣. Man we could’ve sworn our pink cuda donor (06 charger SRT8) had metal covers. But now am unsure 🤷🏻♂️
Rebuilt a 07 300c hemi all wheel drive it was a in worst shape but was worth the work to rebuild it. It was smooth and fast. Good score. I would rebuild it.
Wow...great score. I love the 300's and if you want a nice cruiser to have a little fun in from time to time but have all the modern amenities it's worth fixing. If you're thinking of a flip, well I would just pull the powertrain, upgrade your Cuda and use the 5.7 from the Cuda in another project. From the sounds of things you might just have a stuck injector, or somehow the even bank is getting a ground signal on the injectors, I would start by testing for ground on the injectors...but you two have this! I learned a lot of what I know from watching you...lol!
If you have another chassis, go for it, yank it. If not get it running and driving, leave it looking as is, making small changes preparing it for its future swap
Pull the engine and use it in the d150! I daily an 06 srt8 300 and its fun as hell but there are sooooo many 300's out there. The 10 spoke wheels are killer looking
@@SUBLIMEparts the engine is already rebuild. Waiting on the machine shop to finish my heads. I knew the valve dropped but for 500 more I could of gotten a 6.1 😂 I'm putting it in my 91 d350. Patiently waiting for your uploads 😂
Yes sir. This engine is coming out and going on a stand for troubleshooting. Gotta get to the other Hemis we have first though. This will be #5 or 6 😵💫
I’m glad I seen your video I have a dodge question I just bought a 05 dodge magnum rt I pulled the 5.7 out and put 6.1 out of a 09 charger it came with the harness but not the pcm i installed the 6.1 with harness and hooked it up to my pcm from the 5.7 I’m getting a no crank no start any suggestion or should I just use my 5.7 harness for the 6.1
Nice savable car!!! Lots of easy potential... But after saying that, the drivetrain would be awesome in somthing like my 69 Dart (which is getting a 5.7)!!!
It would be awesome if you can save that power train I’d love to have the motor my self and seats to swap in my truck lol I definitely think it’s worth the investment keep it up guys
@@SUBLIMEparts I only have one, my 3000 mile 6.1, still on the run stand. Trying to decide if I really want it in place of my FAST EFI 440 in my 70 Challenger R/T. I’m putting a 5.7 in the Pace Car now. It should be out after I get back from the ‘22 New Orleans show.
