@Carlosxyz1000 thank you!! I thought I had it fixed. I pulled the air filter and it was pretty dirty so I put a new one in it and ran it for a while without the light coming on but when I drove it for about a good 45 minutes , the FI light came on again. I certainly don't want to put it in the shop. I've ALWAYS had bad experiences with being taken advantaged of by every mech I've ever dealt with so I'm afraid if I put it in the shop, even if it's a two dollar part , they'll nail me for $1000 by the time it's done. I'd sure like to figure out what it is myself. According to the engine layout on bike bandit , I can get the map sensor for a little over $100 but I also don't want to keep throwing parts at it either. If I knew out to test the TPS or MAP sensor , maybe I could see if that was the issue. Also, if I replaced that part, how do I calibrate it after install? I certainly never expected to have problems like this from a Golding. It's only got 56,000 miles on it. It's just barely broken in. Now it's just broken! Lol

@@blackhawktim1259 ... If you haven't fixed it yet, post your issue on the GoldWing forums like GoldwingDoc or Goldwingfacts. You'll get some feedback PDQ. That's usually where I ask first.

@@wingandhog knock on wood, I think I may have fixed the FI light coming on. I saw a RU-vid video where a guy says if you change the air filter or plugs, ( which I did both) then the ecm needs to be "RESET" . So I did that and sure enough, it hasn't come back on and is running well so I'm good. I have a separate issue however that CANT be fixed without getting a different bike. I had a guy pull up next to me on a new Harley with one hell of a sound system in it. And my pathetic goldwing system sounded like something bought at family dollar in comparison. So whenever my hearing finally goes , I'm going to buy a Harley just like his!! Lol
