Golf Driver Gets Apology From Cyclist 

A Golf driver beeps at cyclist for not using the cycle lane, is he right to do so?
Golf driver then proceeds to tailgate, furiously overtake and brake checks the cyclist... At that point the cyclist apologises to the driver saying 'sorry for holding you up' .... but is the apology honest?
