@@CoachShayain If you could make a video showing how to rotate your hips to coordinate with your swing, that would be super helpful! I’ve been told that I’m not rotating enough or not using my lower body enough and I can’t seem to figure it out.

I've never really thought about my breathing before I hit the ball and just try staying relaxed. What are the benefits of breathing in before hitting the ball?
It helps calm you down. Most golfers are holding their club so tight and are very tense feeling the pressure of the game as well as "everyone" looking at them. Breathing relaxes you and helps you focus at the task at hand. Let me know how it works out for you.
I love your videos. I am learning a lot. I’m starting over after 20 year gap. Took a refresher lesson. A friend is taking me out now just to get comfortable with the 4 points, However, I’m still lifting and topping the ball. I can seem to stay down. Any tips! Much appreciated. Thank you!
Trying doing a half swing or watch my video on hand shake to hand shake and then L to L. I’ll add the links below. This will help slow you down and smaller swing motions might help

Hi Janine.. Great question. I have regular women´s golf clubs with my height. But feel free to go and try a petite set out at your local golf shop and see which ones you feel most comfortable with.
If you are new I would say from 9 iron to 6 iron yes and then 5-3 you can start moving it forward ever so slightly. If it gets too confusing yes to ball position in the middle it will never hurt you and one less thing to worry about.

I keep my stance more narrow,not interested in distance.. I want to hit in the fairway,I'd rather hit longer clubs,cause I don't like any wedges.. Fairway to the green,putting is pretty good,chipping terrible..
