A well done and solid video. I have 3 sons all around college age who love to golf (all were great 3 sport football - basketball and baseball) and have really taken to golf and all have were amazed at the type of training you showed and how you explained it. One question tho is how many times a week do you recommend for this workout and do you any type of pre\post workout supplemenation like protein shakes or creatine for example.

I am 59 I can still get club head up to around 125 mph. Really want 10-15mph more. I do understand that is a large difference. I am more than willing to put in the effort and work towards my goal if someone is willing to help me out with that goal.

Absolutely pointless having chains on the bar when you can just add the same weight In the plates 😂😂😂

You might not understand the purpose of the chains. Chains for one create instability and two the chains are heavier in the concentric movement and lighter in the eccentric
