Hey, at around @3:50 , I talk about not using an anchor so that I'm forced to keep the form strict. If you have a similar set up, and want to go heavy without your butt coming off the floor, just scoot in a little and place your feet high up on the rack (forgot to mention that in the video). Also, I tried to pack a ton of info in here. Use the chapters / timestamps in the description to jump around if you'd like. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the kind words, and the perspective. I never thought making a bodybuilding/golfers elbow video would reveal to me how narrow my worldview is! Keep warm
I'm not sure how your doing curls, that's the worst for my GE. I have to do hammer or reverse. I don't have all those straps and handles but I'm getting the gist of what you're doing. Mostly lat workout so I don't waste away in the back and biceps areas. Thanks.
Yeh, that's the general idea. I can do the curls because it's incredibly light, but I've had it bad enough where even that hurts...sounds like that's where you are. GE takes soooo long to heal. This kind of work keeps you in the game until you can throw real intensity at it again. In my experience, you get your gains back very quickly (silver lining). Good luck man
Thanks! I'm not acquainted with it enough to give pain free exercises for it, but as far as loosening up that area goes, this is a good shotgun approach to relieving elbow pain: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f_eQO9aWEkw.html That guys content has helped me a bunch over the years. He may have something even more specific, but it's gonna be a good start. Thanks for watching!!
