My amore and I made your version of mashed potatoes as well and we tweaked it a bit by adding finely chopped rosemary (the love of my life is Italian so he can’t help it, lol) instead of just infusing the actual herb in milk (and we used avocado oil/margarine instead of butter). It was delicious and thanks for sharing your recipe!

Suggestion Richard, you can use only one spoon, but you need to have maliit na plate para doon mo ilagay kaunti ang food na gusto mo tikman, para u can use the same spoon, u don't need to have a lot of spoons.
