Just a suggestion, chef Gomez, d glass measuring is used for liquids ingredients n d graduated stainless measuring is for dry ingredients for accurate measurements, especially in baking. Good program
Birch Tree its everybodys milk! Sir your polvoron recipe, specially the way how you toasted the flour is the traditional way of polvoron tlga! Using Birch Tree Milk reminds me of our childhood milk,, this is the real traditional & pinoy way of polvoron! But we used margarine instead of butter,,, star margarine lang po kmi nuon,, wla pa masyado makabli ng butter. Thanks po for sharing again! Stay safe & God bless! what i used is skimmed milk. i will toast it, add butter and sugar. i hailed from Bulacan and the best bordado is from San Miguel Bulacan. Happy New Year Mayor

Wala pong bola, ikaw lang Mr. Richard Gomez ang nakita kong gumawa ng polvoron as perfect as my Nanay (and I) did. And you're right po di dapat tipirin ang pagkatoasted nung flour kasi nandoon ang totoong sarap ng polvoron. And just to share po, here at home we're using Star Margarine instead of butter, mas malasa and yung saltiness niya contrasts the sweetness of the polvoron, try niyo po. And when I make polvoron, just like my Nanay does, I serve it in a bowl and kinukutsara lang namin :D. More power
@@raquelshirase6391 sure. Just a tip make sure itoast mo nang maigi yung flour like yung stage bago masunog. And kahit pambahay na consumption lang be isift mo yung flour after toating it. Here's the recipe: 1 1/2 cup Flour 3/4 cup White Sugar 1 pk (80g) Powdered Milk 1 tsp Vanilla 1 small tub Star Margarine 1. Toast Flour. 2. Sift Flour, Milk & Sugar in a bowl. 3. Melt the Margarine. 4. Combine melted margarine and vanilla extract. 5. Pour margarine & vanilla mixture to the solid ingredients. 6. Mix thoroughly. You may use your clean hands to combine it well. 7. Serve while its hot. Enjoy!
