Goma At Home: Pancit Canton 

Pancit Canton po is my father's comfort food. Sadly, he passed away last June 30, 2021. Salamat Mayor Richard! Your Pancit Canton reminds me of my father and it gave me this certain peace and comfort that I could not explain. I just enjoyed watching this video. 🥰🙏

I love watching your cooking vlogs kuya Goma, I really learn a lot of tips and tricks from you and inspire me to cook more at home than order take aways. I do watch a lot of cooking shows and yours is definitely one of my favorites. Mayor thank you for all you do. We live in Sydney Australia i have a 17 yo daughter and at night sometimes it’s difficult for her to sleep so its either we play worship songs or she will usually asked me to play your video in my mobile or on the TV while i let her sleep wt her head in my lap she also listens to your voice while you are cooking. Your voice puts her to sleep haha amazing and she calls you “Mr Sir” btw my husband works wt you in a fastfood resto long time ago. Share ko lang how amazing your voice that puts my daughter to sleep somehow relaxes her. If she can’t sleep she will say “Mom pls put on Mr Sir’s video haha wala pang 5 minutes tulog na amazing 😀😀thank you for all you do.

I tried so hard cooking pancit for the past years that I’ve been living thousand of miles aways from home. But it never tasted good but this video is so perfect and it is so simply to follow. Voila! Believe or not, my kids love it. And said this is the best pancit they’ve ever eaten. Thanks for always making simple and budget friendly ingredients. You are an amazing cook. Keep it up. 👍

WOW, I LEARNED ONION CUTTING THE EASY WAY. ILL TELL MY KIDS I LEARNED IT FROM RICHARD GOMEZ. KEEPING THE ONION ROOT HOLDS THE ONION TOGETHER. CUTTING THE GARLIC ROOT AS A WHOLE IS ALSO MY SECRET. I THEN USE A CUTE WOODEN BOARD WITH HANDLE FOR SPEEDY CRUSHING. CRUSHED INFUSES BETTER.

try slicing the carrots without cutting through, about 3mm distance or more lengthwise, then crosswise 2cm or what you prefer, and then use the peeler, you will have julienne carrots :-)

Hi Sir Goma, Ive always wanted to start healthy diet but most recipe I get are a bit complicated abd expensive. Until I saw your cooking and started following most of it. I never enjoyed healthy diet since I tried yours and Maram Lucys. My most favorite will be the antibiotic bread which mafe me have sour dough bread all the time. Please continue this and I am looking forward to more recipes and videos. Not only its healthy but made it people like me who aims for a budget meal makes our meal more interesting and delightful.
