i keep seeing that car with the missing bits and i can't stop thinking how much i want to own that in GTA Online.

GTA Online will lag on PC if you FPS is around 180FPS or more, the gaming engine can't handle it. Max out your settings, MSAA 4x etc... You can turn down Grass to Normal because it uses a lot of resources but turn everything to Ultra or Very High

The floating ped near the end could have been a glitched spectator because of the way FiveM handles it versus GTAO's stock method.

While these modded videos are cool the constant lag and video jitteriness makes it really disorientating to watch
