I remember doing the in & out and I was called a travel. Where I play I have to limit my dribble moves so I won't be called travel or carry. I usually make my moves in 7 seconds or less to avoid giving them time to call anything😓😮💨
As a 20 year old who can almost dunk. I did strength training along with plyometrics. For your age I'd recommend mainly just jumping, don't forget to rest.

Hello Sir. I watched your vid about the cheat code to explosiveness. You said in that video that dead stop or removing the stretch reflex on training will increase explosiveness on sports. I thought it is better to use the elastic recoil on training to optimize explosiveness. Can you please clarify this coach? Thanks a lot coach

There’s lots of reviews from his programs where people tell their results. He’s said he’s helped some pro hoopers increase their vert in certain videos
