I learned the cradle tuck from drose, stronger guards would rip the ball but they couldn’t do it if it was tucked in my stomach(no diddy) with two hands around it… GEEWIZ NO DIDDY!!!
dude❤ real passionate love from China. Such inspiring video😢! Man China is lacking of trainers just like you Paul, can’t imagine how teenage hoopers would be watching your videos🎉 I've been subscribing you since Jared's Believe but have watched your videos for Adidas years before. Now I'm just about to enter 17 and I'm so grateful to have these high-quality podcasts and training methods accessible. Shout out to you Paul! Now I can't cheat the grind❤
This is actually all MJ. Squaring in the air on the pull up was MJ's mastery (scissoring legs and point the right leg towards the rim). MJ and Kobe always needed squaring in the air when pulling up right. *This is something Lebron cannot do.*
Greater intensity means higher testosterone production, plug that into progressive overload, fit that to your goals, stay consistent and listen to your body, eat well, rest well, and enjoy your training
I've never did any weighted vertical jump routine, not even squats; what do you recommend for me to do. If it's possible, please share me any vert code program, I would really appreciate it. 🙏
Hey Paul, would love to get your opinion on creatine supplementing for basketball players. Specifically the pros / cons of increased water retention and risk of dehydration vs the obvious hypertrophy benefits. Thanks!
here’s the thing with these videos. I always love the moves but just can’t remember them to add them to my bag unless I’m watching the vid while playing.
Before getting shifty, master straight line drives at full speed and simple, single-move change-of-directions at full speed. Being shifty is all about feints and you first must have a weapon the defense is worried about for them to work.
It's important to note that plyometrics is for tendon elasticity and heaving, slow loading is for tendon stiffness. You need both. Just hopping around like a kangaroo is not going to get the complete job done.
@pjfperformance Coach, I don't have the money to pay for your program. You would give me 1 month of your training in a PDF, with that I can manage to do a Slam Dunk. Did you pass on my Gmail email? 😢
Did you see that black guy went to Luka Dončič’s Dallas house at 9119 guernsey lane & she asked him how was he what was it like he replied he’s chill easy to get to know, not when I went he said the same thing I said outside getting out of the car hey man like you said it’s the third time don’t come back agin while his shirt was off his shorts 🩳 unzipped & unbuttoned John Cornyn the senator from Texas behind him he was druggy looking & that was the last straw for me as a good person so now I say what I want how I feel & I hope he wins & leaves America forever this year.
It only takes one bad landing to be down and out for many months. Of course, if one's perfectly sober and sleeps enough, this might be an occurrence that never happens. But the jumping should be a mindful activity taken very seriously; its health benefits are such that you'd want to incorporate it into your lifestyle to ward off arthritis. (I've got arthritis in my left knee, but when I do the Masaai jump at home, it's really relaxing and helps my knee flexibility.)
