I really don't think that, that part where say if we offer solutions for everything and it doesn't work we should give them their money, even if they use the entire product. Why I dont agree because some people on a whole are cheaters and liars they purchase the products with the intention of getting back their money because of this solution I'm not saying all doing it but most do it, if they had that intent in the first place theirs nothing your going to be able to say to them that will make them change their minds, so this is bad for business. People even go an purchase clothes just to wear them and then bring them back cause they know they can get back their money........
