"You're a crook and a cheat"- the dude who laid on his ass all day, but then miraculously was able to walk again after getting the chance to go to an awesome candy factory. Yeah, you're the last person to accuse someone of being a crook or a cheat, Grandpa Joe.
Please remember the book and screenplay were written by the same ROALD DAHL who wrote "James and the Giant Peach" and the screenplay of the 1964 James Bond film, "You Only Live Twice." Consider his mind and the imagination he used to write these.
@@RichardAugustMatthew19Man The screenplay for this movie written by him never exactly made it to screen, it was revised so heavily that it may as well have not even had his name on it anymore
Wrong sir, wrong! Under Section Thirty-Seven B of the contract signed by him it states quite clearly that all offers shall become null and void if--and you can read it for yourself in this photostatic copy: "I, the undersigned, shall forfeit all rights, privileges, and licenses herein and herein contained, et cetera, et cetera . . . fax mentis incendium gloria culpum, et cetera, et cetera . . . memo bis punitor delicatum!" It's all there, in black and white, clear as crystal! He stole Fizzy Lifting Drinks. He bumped into the ceiling which now has to be washed and sterilized, so he gets nothing! He loses! Good day, sir!
I can not believe I'm seeing this . Incredible sense of humor. If your planning on creating another love to see stir crazy movie Richard Pryor Gene Wilder so funny
Even though Wonka's rules were strict af it was Grandpa Joe that made Charlie mess with the soda. Grandpa Joe is to blame for this the most part. Charlie gets a little blame but Grandpa Joe was the instigator. At least Charlie was able to turn things around and win.
