Brown says »now…« a lot. Observe: 7:39 and on - about a dozen »now…«s per minute. It’s all good. Many human have their little idiosyncrasies. Now… not me, of course. (-;

Heh, you can tell this is from a time where people were concerned with your body taking fat from the steak and turning it into more mass to their rolls. Also who thought red meat could be a bad thing?

There is nothing wrong with saying that women tend to go for the tender parts of the cattle and men like the slow cooked tastier parts. I really dont see anything wrong with saying that.
