Hey Garrett love the content. One tip with the throat thing. I had an issue with my throat hurting and hard to swallow stuff a couple months ago. I didn't get it officially diagnosed why it happened but I think I came to the conclusion that I had consumed too much cranberry juice. I learned that cranberry juice has iodine in it and that if you consume too much it can affect your thyroid gland in your throat which can cause the hurting and what not. I saw that you asked for the juice in the video and it made me think of the situation I had. Hope you find this in way helpful, stay Good Good.

I've said it from the beginning, but I enjoy the BTS vlogs almost more than the golf stuff. Seeing the full scope of your guys' personalities is more entertaining than "putting on the face for the camera." Nothing wrong with the normal golf stuff, I love that too, just a different vibe over here on GCV.
Heard you say "no caffeine" in this video. I bet that is related to the other video where you were having dizzy spells. I wanted to comment there but couldn't find which video it was in. I was having the exact same thing: dizzy spells throughout the day. And I also suffer from insomnia like you do. I found what helped my dizzy spells was getting off caffeinated drinks (for me, coffee in the morning, especially after a night where I only slept 3 or 4 hours), trying to get minimum 6-7 hours sleep every night, and making sure I consume enough simple carbohydrates. I was on a carnivore diet for like 3 weeks, and just too dizzy all the time, even without coffee, and as soon as I put a bit of rice and bread back in my diet, it helped a lot. I mean, you probably have all this figured already, but thought I would still share. Dizzy spells are the worst, and I hope you are getting over them, Garrett!
