He averaged 192mph ball speed early on in good good. Check out the range video with dechampoo. Think he gets up to 197mph. He hurt his back no too long ago, so he has a different swing but I'd say he's still averaging a good 180mph or the odd one he can get after.

​@@jamesgreene685Trackman numbers says about 170, which makes sense, he was closer too 180 before the back injury. He just optimize some of his drives very well.

@@davedoesthingsdreaded there was conversation about how the only way to get it to the green was to bounce off that harder area on top of the hill, it was definitely lucky it went in but that was literally the shot he was trying to play.

It’s 36 trillion for back to back hole in ones on two consecutive par 4’s. The odds of getting two hole in ones in a lifetime are related to how many par 4’s you play in a lifetime. Basically 1/12,000,000 x # of par 4’s you played

This is slightly misleading due to that a majority of par 4s are too long for even the possibility. A more accurate number might be the odds of a hole in one on a par 4 within driving distance. With all that being said, it certainly feels like a 1 in a billion moment.

The odds for a normal hole in one being 12500:1 are based on recorded averages of amateurs across all levels (obviously resetting after every shot). The TOUR PROFESSIONAL average is around 4500:1.

This guy thinks the odds Rick gets a hole in one is “considerably less” than the odds that he does it? Living in his own world.

@@JFein Let's apply some logic shall we? Imagine Rick and I are on a 175 par 3, the green is fairly large and there are a couple of greenside bunkers. From 175 yards I will hit the green about one in every five to six shots, whereas Rick will hit it almost every time. Clearly the odds of it going in the hole increase if you get the ball on the green. Therefore Rick will have a better chance of holing it than I will. Even a shorter 140 yard green. Rick will still consistently getting nearer to the hole than I will. So whilst the odds might be a blanket 12,500/1, the chances are dependent on your skill, so it's impossible for those odds to be correct for everyone. Unlike getting a royal flush in poker, which has a fixed set of odds for everyone.

@kurtis105 I meant on the PGA tour only 1 has been recorded. The others were LPGA and USGA (not quite fully Pro yet)

​@mrfatuchi, these guys aren't just making videos for clicks. They're actually building a major brand. If they faked shots it's would ruin them. Their brand is way more important than duping some viewers.

Spot on. I didn’t watch golf videos until RU-vid fed me Matt’s first hole in one.. like a year after it happened! These shots will benefit Good Good for years and years. And Rick I guess, since I’m here now 😂

He’s had some consistency and back issues but he has such a nice swing that when he does connect it’s pure.

@eh8888 yeah I understand the back issues. Multiple surgeries with no relief. But my swing was never as smooth as Matt's

The one on a par 3 had lots of people there. Matt's first had 3 camera angles clearly showing it. The recent one you could see the ball going towards the pin and there's just no ways those boys are good enough actors to fake that reaction after the fact. It's incredibly lucky ofc but I certainly believe it

one of them from Matt was at the bear trap right next to chase koepka (he was their pro-am pro) and wesley Bryan was on the next tee box. They don't need to fake anything, they get the views regardless, wouldn't it be stupid to fake something like this with people all over the course, or risking one of their own leaving the company and blowing the whistle?They're not dumb, they're millionaires in their early 20s 😂
