This is the real Adrian Cronauer. We can bet he wasn't much different over 40 years ago either. The movie was 98% Hollywood and Robin Williams. Adrian Cronauer wrote the script to "Good Morning, Vietnam!" and according to him, Hollywood changed everything. He never even met Robin Williams until at the movie premier. Hollywood wanted the character in the movie to be 100% Robin Williams and that's what we saw on the screen. Robin didn't even get the draw out for the line, "Good Morning, Vietnam!" correct. But then, that's Hollywood...
Wow! THIS GUY is Adrian Cronauer??? How could Hollywood take such a dulllllllllll story and flip it into an instant classic? I'm just gonna go ahead and forget I ever watched this so the movie can't be ruined... lol
