My word came as blissful for the day and I must say this practice was just that. Kate Amber, you are such a classy lady! Thanks for your knowledge base and experience as a very talented yoga teacher and spiritualist.
The best part about this flow was when you switched up your cues and said the wrong side. Then laughed at yourself. Sarah Beth tripped over her words in a flow one time... (straight stutter. and she has no vocal issues). and then laughed. This is the way. Laugh at our trip-ups. Our "mis-takes". Instead of beating ourselves up... which becomes frequency, which becomes our internal programming, mindset, etc. We should laugh more about things. Less anxiety. Less depression. Less "I'm not good enough". More empowerment, and as I like to call them - Badass Empowered Sovereign Boss B*tches :D I definitely needed that last pose. I paused and I've been hanging out here for 30 minutes lol. Thank you Kate!
Ah! This happens a lot! When we really we fumble sometimes and it's so human and EVERYONE does it. I love how you called it a mis-take, it's a nuanced difference 🙌 And I'm SO glad you stayed in the final pose. Isn't that the best decompression? Love it when that happens.

I've been doing your classes for 2 months (& practicing yoga for 10 years), but puppy pose was never a part of my regular practice until now. And this is the first class in which puppy pose just clicked and felt amazing! Finally! I thought puppy and I would never really get along, but now we're besties! For me, my shoulders and back can NEVER be opened up enough (they always feel tight) so I tend to add puppy often because the more we do something, the more we CAN do something, ya know? Awesome class Kate, one of my favorites 😊 occassionaly I extend the time spent in an asana or add an extra. Like cobra pose after Anahata asana (Heart melting pose) feels very good and needed😊 and pigeon in the end😊 Intention is a beautiful addition ❤See you again soon, beautiful days until then🙏
LOVE that you add on where you need to. I do that too - I feel like I can never do a follow along class without adding this or that. Do what your body and mind needs :) I also often add pigeon!
