@@twibute1512 Administrative agencies, bureaucrats are euphemisms for bipartisan knowledgeable people in their given fields subject experts that are scapegoated and demonized for not towing the Trumplican Party line sufficiently.
Disband not defund. The citizens of the US did not elect any of these bureaucrats and they continue to attempt to run our lives and side step the constitution.
@@tina-mariecrocker5687Lol you'll need a Constitutional Amendment for that. Agencies serve under cabinet ministries and ministers. Cabinet Ministries and ministers are in the Constitution, we just call them Departments and Department Secretaries now. ATF is under Justice. Justice is in the Constitution, under the Executive Branch. You want to get rid of the DoJ too?
Do you really think the government with pretty much unlimited corruption, resources, money, and thugs for hire is going to let the disbanding of the hounds who do their dirty work happen? Honest to God do you even think that's ever gonna be on the table in not only our lifetimes, but the lifetimes of our great, great grandchildren? I don't think it's gonna happen.
I agree... The AFT needs to be Disbanded!! The "American Federation of Teachers have done as much damage to Our nation as all other 3-letter Agencies, including the ATF!! DEFUND THEM ALL... TODAY!!
don't forget the EPA. They didn't want people in alaska to burn wood to stay warm...in remote areas that couldn't get propane/oil deliveries in the winter. That's only one of hundreds of things they did that they need to be held accountable for.
The atf needs to be watched. The Chevron may be gone. That doesn’t mean these agencies won’t push through and ignore some of the time. I’m glad you’re on it .👍
No government agency should be making gun laws. Our rights didn't come from government. Their for they can't be taken by government. They make you think they can disarm you. Think about it. If the second amendment was for a tyrannical government and they hsd the right to disarm you. Doesn't make sense.
Having worked in commercial fisheries, $700 a day to have a Government employee on board as an " observer" is money that comes out of the crews pocket. If I was on the crew, that " observer" would have to learn to tread water...in the open ocean.
They've been screwing the lobster fisherman the commercial fisherman for years these people been work in the ocean for generations there ever been as important as the farmers in this country make no doubt about that
We argued this case in my law class and I was the only one to say it’s stupid as fuck to make fisheries pay for federal monitoring and they said law isn’t based on fairness 😂
Chevron is the 2nd most impactful decision affecting the freedom of the people of the United States from government overreach in my lifetime. The most impactful decision was the decision declaring that self protection by use of a firearm is an individual right, not a collective right. AK
@@DW10463maybe you should get out of the 40's to 60's. Everyone wants clean air and water and strive for that. The problem is the fear mongering that is being pushed to put us back to the dark ages and make us a 3rd world country. Without money we can't advance to correct things that need correction. Trying to push us faster will just bankrupt any nation that is trying to get ahead in all aspects and stop them from being a leader in the world. Without that you just have chaos.
Abolish the ATF and NFA ATF AND illegal laws not passed by Congress. If the ATF IS trying to inforce something that has not gone through the proper procedures to make it a legal law, then it is not a law and is against the constitution. The ATF is breaking the law if they arrest you and take you to jail, kidnapping charges to the ATF OFFICER who takes you in against your will. False imprisonment charges to the officer and others who helped lock you up in jai against your will. The law works for you, with a good lawyer. Some ATF OFFICIAL'S May be spending time behind bars, and it will be legal. Join any 2nd amendment group that will fight for your constitutional rights There are politicians who believe in the 2nd Amendment, call or write your representatives, local or in Washington, and let them know how you feel when voting next election. There is strength in numbers. The more who know, the more our freedom grows. Please pass this message on to others the more who know the more our freedom grows.
Absolutely time for Americans, you know, “the people” to be involved, with the way “our country” is being ran, instead of watching a few “elites” intent on running it down, changing laws and making new ones to coincide with their narrative, which seems to be total destruction.
The only way to fo this is to remove the income tax- put in tariffs and a national sales tax - take the ability to change the tax code for the few by making everyone pay the same amount - 9.9% of every purchase- on everything bought at the retail point of sale. We would have a full treasury and be strong enough to make the world great again!
I think Congress is more pissed than anyone, since they have to actually pass specific laws, not broad ones. Since Congress is now forced to write specifics, they are now accountable to We, The People, and they will be given the boot if they trample on our rights. In other words, they can no longer say "don't look at me, the bureaucrats did that, not me." The time to take our country back is now or never!
The ATF never was a law making agency. They were supposed to be law enforcement agencies. And if they can't do the job they were meant to do. Then there's no need for them at all.
One of the basic principles of law is that when a contract is vague it goes against the person that wrote it. Any "grey area" was to be decided in favor of the people , not the Government. This was so important to the Founders that it's mentioned several times and the 9th and 10th Amendments specifically bar the two most used arguments for getting around it The Chevron decision completely turned that around, it gave the Executive Branch the power to use any vague statement to its advantage. It's why Federal Agencies have been passing "rules", that nobody voted for, and punishing people for breaking them for the last 40 years. It wasn't just the ATF The EPA and IRS are actually bigger offenders when it comes to this.
The 9th Amendment unfortunately gets ignored by even many constitutional scholars as being useless, but it’s anything but. It reinforces the fact that if the government does not explicitly have the privilege to do something as laid out in the Constitution, the people retain any and all rights regarding the matter.
Rules don't apply to the people. Attorney's do not know law , they don't know how to interpret these Supreme Court ruling sense " Breun" returned us to the fundamental principles. That's Not just for the 2nd amendment. You've got to understand YOUR RIGHTS under your state constitution, This is deception by lawyers who don't understand the different between public and private rights the people of the states reserved for themselves, the deception here is the people of the states are not persons. because they never learnt real law which is Common Law, that these lawyers have hidden from us." Luke 11;52 " but that's Constitutional Law, Not Administration Law. Tell you this to the ones who believe in lawyers, or wasn't a lawyer who made the Supreme Court move All these 9-0 decisions have been brought to you by a Man God gave wisdom to show us the way to make the Supreme Court tell on everybody, and that's exactly what they did, and these so called Smart Attorney's haven't figured it out. Check out a guy and just listen, he's called this right down the line before Any of these Landmark decisions were made, and I'm Proud to say I signed Everyone of the Notices sent to S. C. that's really Freed us. DAVE JOSE on"X" telegram, Rumble, DaveCares4U. This is where your freedom is, go take it back I have.
Tell that to the FFL's enforcing every single rule ever created. FFL's are literally part of the atf enforcement. FFL's never "Do not comply". So we the people will comply no matter what because we're at the mercy of them.
The shear amount of Unelected acronym agencies within the Federal and State governments is dangerous to the populace. All seem to turn their gaze towards innocent people not career criminals ?
Not conservative judges. Real judges that read the constitution and do their job right. The difference is removal of activist judges that want to legislate from the bench.
The fact of the matter with Alcohol, and that of Tabacco, is that those two substances, USED TO be used as Partial Medicinal Remedies. Had a sore gum line with sore teeth? You took a little rum, and you would rub it on the gun line. You needed a boost, to get you up and going, and were low on being energetic, and were slowed some how? You would take some tobacco, and chew on it, and soak it up in your mouth, and to spit it out.
They’ve lost nothing and the SCOTUS ruling does nothing either. All it does is make so that all of these alphabet agency rules are a bit easier to challenge in court.
The agencies are all power grabbing jerks, there has to be a separation between those enforcing laws and those making laws, without that separation the agencies will do power grab after power grab in order to get a bigger budget so they can grow their power even more.
It's inexcusable that SCOTUS didn't grant review and summarily reverse the denial of the preliminary injunction against the IL "assault weapon" ban. They wouldn't need to write a full opinion to simply state that the plaintiffs were likely to prevail. "A right delayed is a right denied", remember?
When you listen to Dettlebach testify, you know he’s not the expert. There have been plenty of videos of ATF ‘experts’ that you would never want handling sharp objects, let alone firearms. Glad to see this also muzzled the EPA and US Fish and Wildlife
Power over laws and their interpretations, has been returned to Congress, the Supreme Court, and the books, as written. This is an enormous win for Americans !!
I’m a diehard Back the Blue military veteran. However, every ATF agent should be ashamed for violating their oath of office by infringing upon the second amendment as a profession.
They now must be deterred from violating the court. If they do they should lose qualified immunity and they and their agency should have to pay million$$ in damages out of their own pockets and budgets. Break the law, act reckless, violate rights no qualified immunity
Yes this is what should happen. But will it. I think they will continue to violate rights and battle it out in court on the tax payers dollar while people rot in prison.
Now abolish qualified immunity for law enforcement. No preference at law should be given to the government and no presumption should arise that government agents are acting within the law.
You are wrong. Every cop supports unfettered 2A rights. When you start attacking the cops, like the mob who want to commit crimes does, you become the mob. You sound like a sovereign. Do better.
I was shocked when carb decided retroactively that people owning diesel powered vehicles would be subjected to a smog inspection. That was classic $$ grab, the inspection is COMPLETELY visual subjective nonsense. Taxation without representation!
Stay Strong/Safe 🙏🏼💪🏽💯!!! The Truth Will set you Free!!! Be Blessed and a Blessing! "We The People By The People For The People" United We Stand Divided We Fall...🛐 Eyes Wide Open NOT Eyes Wide Shut. 2A All The Way.!.
I am pretty sure Four Boxes noted that the court included language in the decision that limited or prohibits everyone going back and trying to re litigate previous agency decisions.
Love how he dipped out on the "what does this mean for CA" question. Unfortunately it means nothing because all of our gun restrictions go through our state legislature. Can we start fighting to define what infringement means to capture these unconstitutional taxes and regulations?
That is why they just need to allow Article 6 (supremacy clause) to do what it is supposed to do. The 2A clearly provides a right to keep and bear and it shall not be infringed. No need for California legislators to day a dammthing more about it.
Absolutely! All alphabet agencies need to be watched and audited regularly! I don't own a gun and do not want one but, our constitution is not ambivalent if you choose to have that responsibility then that right shall not be infringed upon. I have the same right to choose as anyone. The Government gets around our rights by making everything we do while drinking, smoking, using our guns etc. illegal.
As a retired Marine Corps ordnanceman and former armory officer, a grenade ABSOLUTELY IS an “arm” under the auspices of the second amendment. ANYTHING that an individual or small crew can employ, offensively or defensively, is an “arm”. Rifles small, large, and huge bore Pistols Shotguns Cannon Grenades Dynamite ANFO C4 Anti tank weapons like the AT4 Knives Swords Body armor Shuriken Nun chucks Brass knuckles ANYTHING PERIOD and the government has ZERO authority over that which may be used to remove them!
