I have one of these w/out the leather, but w/radar cc. Bought new, now has 170k km on the clock. No issues, no problems just works. Averages 6 lit/100km in real life. A beauty to drive long hauls
I'd like to meet the 3 uk people who bought a non s-line Audi and ask why they made such an unusually sane and rational choice. You've got an MX-5 with the 1.5l engine. Again, i approve!
Audis don't need radar cruise control because they have a huge magnet behind the grille which enables them to be dragged along by the car in front as long as they are extremely close.
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff This sounds like a good cause for a Collab.... 'Tim Rodie Drives - Russian T72' So is your new daily driver a recently repainted Chieftain? What variant of blue did you go for? Also I do feel I should comment that they do get the insides of those tanks REALLLLY clean sometimes. Wish I could hire them for my XC90, I mean that might as well be a tank right?
Citroen Berlingo Nice review: I hadn’t even thought about the A6 Avant for years but your arguments in its favour are very persuasive. I can’t believe there are many non-S Line models available second hand…
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff Over the past eight years we have a couple of A6's and an A7 - all diesel and they were just as you observed, however we have gone to an Octavia VRS which is just as brilliant but £15-20k cheaper. Off to check your bike channel...
We had an A6 Estate as a rental this summer. And I couldn’t agree more. It is the best car available. Ideally with the 6 cylinder diesel. Btw. Have you gone even paler? See a doctor or catch some rays 😎
I’ll stick with my Superb, thanks. Apart from it having a larger boot and cabin, I found the hard chrome rimmed dash in front of the passenger seat obstructed my knees on a colleague’s A6.
My dream car. I have an a3 sportback, its baby brother. Shame the new a6 etron one is 80-100k. Out of reach, maybe just have to get a 2nd hand one. Look better anyway.
I have checked some up in Germany where I live and they are usually very expensive. Those which are a bargain come with a horrible equipment setup with like non leather seats, ugly ass equipment looking worse than some Passat B8. At the end it was a fully equipped E350d W213 for 23k €
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff They don't update it often enough. Until very recently the same variation of infotainment had been around at least six years. Compared to their competition. BMW, Merc and Even Jaguar have more up to date infotainment and operating systems than Audi.
