That was amazing. I did the 2nd exercise and it totally wiped out the chronic tightness on my left side!

Yes, a feeling of "off" when walking and bending forward is commonly described.

If your symptoms have improved and you have gone months w/out problems, you could just exercise at needed.

Should I do exercise 2 and 3 or just pick one of these to go with the first exercise. I have been doing gaze stabilisation exercises but this has left me with a stiff neck and tight muscles. Thank you
