Goodbye (Twelfth Doctor Regenerates) 

Capaldi was absolutely fantastic as the doctor, such a brilliant actor. I would have loved to see him stay in the role for years to come

Everything ends and everything begins. We will always remember when the Doctor was you Peter. The faces may change but the soul will always be the same and live on. The lessons each Doctor had will continue to be passed down. Remembering to be kind was your lesson and one I myself shall never forget. You were a truly a good doctor. Goodbye, Mr. Eyebrows.

I have a theory. Anyone who loves Peter Capaldi as the Doctor must have many of his incarnation’s qualities of love, depth, selflessness, honesty, forgiveness and above all kindness. I doubt any of us could have these to the same extent this Doctor did. His incarnation remains me of a song title. 'How Deep is the Ocean" for with 12 I felt it was bottomless. His two hearts were huge. He was not a Doctor for teenage girls to gush over. This was a Doctor for those who have lived and can therefore understand just how remarkable he was. For the younger generation he is the ultimate role model. His reference to children get it I think means they carry no baggage and simply live for the moment and enjoy life each day. As we age we may lose that however we can grow to understand that love, forgiveness and selflessness are the ultimate means by which you can be your very best and discover really what your life should be about. Never be cruel, make amends but above all be kind. It can hurt but through kindness and love you may find the ultimate reason for your existence. Peter Capaldi I thank you for through your incredible acting I learnt more than I would from any religious text on how I should try to be. And to Steven Moffatt for writing such scripts that provided a philosophy for so many of your viewers. Together they made DW with the biggest hearts possible.

I loved David Tennant but I have to say now I loved Peter Capaldi much more as The Doctor. I am going to miss him soooooo much. I do wish he'd regenerated playing his electric guitar; Wow, now that would have been a regeneration bang no Doctor Who fan would ever forget. Goodbye 12th doctor your fans will miss you dreadfully at least I know I do.

Sad how the series is falling apart nowadays. Capaldi era was last of the good story writing. A moment of silence..

*sniff* me too. In the last episode I bawled my eyes out, and my daughter said "now you know how the Tennant fangirls feel". I suppose I do. I never thought I'd howl that much for a doctor regenerating. I guess it happens when you find the one who is 'your' Doctor. The version of him/her that resonates with you. Peter's version resonated with me.

Did anyone else see John Pertwee (3rd Doctor) flash across the Doctor's face in the bit when 12 is talking about how children and his name and the lights are flashing from under the floor?

Comedy is when you get a pie in the face. Tragedy is when someone forgot to defrost it first. Death is always sad, from within and without.

Moving tribute to the Twelfth Doctor. But there were certain parts that felt like the Doctor's words weren't in sync with the movements of his mouth.

The best NuWho Doctor. One of the best Doctors of all (sorry, Tom Baker is still my Doctor). The best NuWho Companion (Clara). One of the best Doctor/Companion Team ups ever. Now all gone. At least there are the videos. Thanks for this JCF. It will help me remember how sad this was.

Tennent was my doctor but capladi completely blows him away. Some stories aren’t great but 12 is an amazing role model for even uni students like myself. He explores some dark areas and grief and his speeches alway hit home for me. Because I agree with his goodbye! Goodbye to a fantastic and memorable doctor!

Great compilation! Peter is one of my favourite Doctors and I am said the Doctor has finally died. I will miss him. We may not see him again but at least we have shows to rewatch! RIP Doctor.

He was by far my favorite doctor. When I hear anyone speak of Doctor Who, he is the one to come to mind. He may not have been the first doctor, or the fifth, but the twelfth, and I feel he built a better relationship with the watchers than the rest of the Doctors. Amazing video, I love every single one! But this one was a complete tear jerker for me. Thank you for sharing your love for the Doctor with all of us!

I was expecting River here too.. but it may have been for the best, I don't think my heart can take more feels. Twelve and Clara relationship is most beloved and most heartbreaking for me. This is beautiful! 😭💙

Well done the 12th was by far the most interesting and intriguing Doctor he was funny,charming,human and just a tad emotional even though he didn't like to show it but deep inside he wanted to stay the way he was but then he realizes that one must change to keep the world safe

I can't watch the final episode without all my family and so I haven't watched it yet and I've been avoiding watching any edits but I cannot handle the temptation any longer

I've always respected the Doctor's feelings about pears. It spans @ least several regenerations. The fruit @ a good moment smells like apples, & @ a bad moment like vomit. & has a grainy consistency that *feels* like you're eating sand. I think 12 is my favorite Doctor. For a lot more than the pear thing.

I love this. When he first arrived, I thought (not to be mean or anything,) he would be rubbish. It's sad to see him go.

The Doctor remembers what Clara told him/her in the Cloisters I’m always gonna be thankful for them (my OTP) and I’m gonna miss them with all of my heart... And I'm always gonna be grateful to you clever gurl for all that Whouffaldi vibes... If someone thinks that their relationship wasn't romantic, I'm ok with that but 12/Clara was definitely the most complex and deepest relationship in the history of the show. What a roller coaster! Peter and Jenna did an excellent job. I really loved it.

The doctor we will remember all of them and who they were they see they learn they carry it on that is how the doctor is he/she is gonna keep doing to till the doctor dies forever

When Matt has gone, i had difficulty to accept twelfth because Eleventh is my doctor, amy, rory and River are the best companions to me but..After season eight, i finally loved Capaldis's doctor so much... now, Capaldis is gone and... it's break my heart💔
