Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe in grams and cups:
- 200 gr Soft Butter ( 2 sticks)
- 150 gr Brown Sugar ( 3/4 cup)
- 150 gr White Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- 400 gr All Purpose Flour ( 3 cups)
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 300 gr Chocolate (11 ounces)
- 80 gr Walnuts (2/3 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
PLEASE NOTE: These cookies are NOT regular chocolate chip cookies. These are meant to be served only WARM. Check the video for more details.
Makes 6-8 big cookies. If you're making smaller cookies the baking time will vary and do not use a fan assisted oven.

EMMA! Gorgeous cookies! I have a question ... when you say '1 tsp Vanilla', what does that equate to if you are using REAL vanilla bean like I see in your AMAZEBALLS recipes? I made these tonight and there were absolutely delicious. I found that 150g a cookie was just a bit big So I did 100g a cookie instead. Also did half milk chocolate and half dark. Definitely best served warm. All her recipes are so good I have made so many now ❤️.

A warm chocolate chip cookie is my favourite desert, it comforts me so much that even if you give me the world’s most sophisticated desert that would not comfort me as much as a warm chocolate chip cookie would! I make chocolate chip cookies rarely because once I make them it’s impossible to resist the temptation to eat until my stomach is full after eating one😉 But now after watching your recipe I think it’s time to have a cheat day😁❤️ I would have made these right now but unluckily I can’t have eggs for two more days so I have to wait😞

Those cookies look so good! As always Emma, you out do yourself with every recipe which brings me to my main question. Recently, I've been craving potato bread so bad! I remember when I was younger, I loved eating the potato bread rolls my mom got from the store. With a little bit of peanut butter, they made a good light dinner. Since all your other bread recipes look so good, I was curious if you had a potato bread recipe you could share.

I didn't have chocolate chips. So I got a big bag of M&Ms and carefully removed the colour hard candy covering from each one. It took several hours but was well worth it

Can I use white chocolate instead???? . Okay, update. I used White Chocolate instead (because that's my preference) so I less both sugars to 120 g. (Because white choc is already sweet) and added some sprinkles on it. It was amazing. Like, seriously amazing. And it's my first cookie ever. Thank you, Emma!!!

I used dark 50% cocoa. You can use any chocolate u prefer, just remember the higher the sugar content the more likely the chocolate will burn at those temperatures.😘
