@@AmbrosineEleonora What?! I thought it was just me, i've sent all my ID and document, but they still reject it! My ID they said it blur and damaged, i sent digital ID they said it's not allowed

guys if u having this issue i solved it by actually calling a real person not just some bots in email u must be patient and talk politely and wait of course a frame of time but make sure to keep calling them but dont spam only after your tickets is answered and cleared btw i didnt update my id card was accepted xD which is lol but i am thankful.
