Google Drive - How To Check File Size Before Downloading The File 

Google Drive usually doesn't show file size when you download a file from a shared Google Drive link. It is simply because Google server doesn't send any file size info to browser. But Google provides even better way to check file size from its dot menu. From this menu you can see even more detailed information of a file including
Size of the file.
Type of the file.
Owner or the uploaded of the file.
When the file is created or the date owner uploaded it in Google Drive.
Description of the file written by owner.
Download permission status.
