Hey Karl, just wanted to point out that at 4:42-4:50 you were showing pics snapped on the 7a, after one of them the screen just goes black for 6 seconds with "shot on pixel 7a" at the bottom left of the screen. I've been subbed to you for a while, not seen you use blank space like that before, just wanted to note it for you in case you missed it.
Speech recognition and assistant editing, alone, is a good reason to get pixel. Especially with the transcription n ability to open in docs. Amazing. Love my 13 mini but when I have to do any serious emailing, typing, etc, I grab my 6a. Gonna have to get pixel 8 n see how it works with all of their new ai features. Not saying the other pixels will be worse but don’t want to limit its functionality.
I only live 57 miles from the Canadian border, and they haven't introduced the Google pixel fold over there yet, I wonder how long you're going to have to wait, I'm only twelve miles outside of Sandpoint Idaho, I'm in the panhandle, the Google pixel fold sure looks nice.

i think the 7a was priced like this because of the hardware updates, the 8a might go for a cheaper price next year if google decides to keep most of the hardware from the 7a like the cameras, wireless charging system and the display
Coral also sounds like kaaarrrrrrll. Perfect fit imo. They really should merge the A line and regular non pro models. I want a pixel super bad but im a spec whore so I gotta buy flagships. I want all the creature comforts. Tho with how cheap the 7a is, i could probably afford a good point and shoot camera to carry in my pocket too tbh.
Something I strongly disagree with how you say the camera is better because of higher MP count (at the beginning of the video) Things to note this is a CMOS BSI sensor compared to ISOCELL on pixel 7 aand 7 pro. both of which are better than this and far better in lowlight. pixel 7 goes for 449 and this will also belikely discounted so pixel 7 is the better buy. The OIS is better on the 7 and the 7 has Laser AF (also 7 pro) The OIS feels so off on this phone I can't quite put my finger on it but I do not like how it looks The sensor may have a bigger MP count but is personally inferior to its ISOCELL counterpart found in the 7 and 7 pro and also worse than the 64 MP ISOCELL sensor that is also available I also prefer my old sensor from pixel 3 and 6a over the 7a. Using the ISOCELL module would've had no difference in cost and would've been the smarter move. Dont get me wrong I'm not hating on anything and i know the above mentioned Pixel 6a and 3 use a CMOS BSI sensor (imx 363) but that has been their tried and true sensor. but with this new sensor even knowing google's software pedigree I still cant see them making this 64MP module better.
@@ggando1809 because it has a QHD display? Because it has 12GB of ram ? Because it has a 5000 mah battery? Because it has a telephoto lens? Because it has 120hz ? Those things Alone dont make it worth buying.
Have you checked out other accessibility features like magnification, and the ability to read stuff on the web compared to iOS? The one thing that has me using iOS over android is the ability for iOS to read things out loud to me.

It was never 90hz for any Pixel A series. The pixel 7a is the first to be at 90hz and 90hz on the pixel 7a is equal to 120hz because it has a flagship grade processor
these special colors are always exciting at first, but you'll get bored of this color in like a month and wishing you bought the more conservative colors like white or black
That’s fair enough but for me this is better then A54 it has better optimisation and it will receive the latest OS updates on day one releases A54 has a superior screen but that’s all it has over the pixel 7a
