how about adding another columns to search? i followed the 2nd step and apply it on different columns but it did not work. thanks thanks =FILTER(Sheet1!A7:D272,(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(B4,Sheet1!B7:B272)))+(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(B4,A7:A272))))+(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(B4,C7:C272)))) it says missing parenthesis
