From 41:00 to 59:00 is the most incredible instrumental I have ever heard in all my years of listening to classic rock and beyond. An absolute treat to the ears. Must listen.
I started peaking just as this song started and half way through this jam it all clicked and I knew these guys were onto something. I was also potentially on another planet at this point and this song really helped me get out of our atmosphere…
Saw it live - it was incredible. When Trevor dropped down low, the whole room shook…the sound vibrated through everyone. you can hear the crowd react to it in this video. Almost like the rest of the band dialed it back a notch at that time too. Was one of the best live jams I’ve ever seen…Goose or otherwise. So glad I was there.
Thanks for the heads up... Indeed an awesome segment, but why the video editor barely showed Rick's playing is beyond me. The boys were especially in the zone for the end...and into Tumble 😍😍
I can't believe this was my first Goose show. And both of my kids first Goose show. Peter, you made my daughter's night by waving and smiling at her right down front. You guys are so humble, so powerful, and so amazing. Great show. Silver Rising, Redbird, Tumble, Empress were just straight up fire. 2:19:45 Wicked Game and Into the Myst teases in Empress. This Redbird is going to be an all time classic. The wall of sound that happened during that jam was out of this world. 47:23 Trev's bass was trying to break all time and space. You can start to hear people in the audience going ape. It doesn't translate on here all that well, but live, it was one of the most unique experiences I've ever had. And I've seen a lot of live music. Just absolutely ridiculous musicianship and showmanship. A different class, no doubt. They are THE standard for live music right now.
36:16 A red bird was singing About another time Softer than a day dream Oneness of the mind She flew out of a rainstorm Darker than the night I guess her love caressed it Stories from her life Chorus: Red bird don’t get tired now You can almost touch the light Red bird don’t stop singing your song Fly for tomorrow tonight Verse 2: Sorry for the lies Sorry doesn’t do She broke her wings just trying To get through to you If theres only time I’ll give her some of mine It will take more than a phone call To get her feeling fine Chorus: Red bird don’t get tired now You can almost touch the light Red bird don’t stop singing your song Fly for tomorrow tonight Verse 3: And how does it feel To take her from the sky I pray you’re out there sleeping When it’s time for a bird to fly thanks nick A
*Silver Rising* 1:20 Feel the rush Taste the blood See the fear behind your eyes All my dreams and all my reasons Swallowed up into the night Silver rising It’s almost time And I know that the wolf will be set free So run my love, I’m not the man I was There’s a killer inside of me (Chorus) +All that I am fades away The rage in my heart flows out through my veins I’m losing my mind +All I can do is empty my lungs to the sky Cause I know that I'll always belong to the moon Silver glow I'm on my own now, and love I’ll wait on the other side One more night They won’t take me alive They’ll know the wild within my eyes (Chorus) +All that I am fades away The rage in my heart flows out through my veins I’m losing my mind +All I can do is empty my lungs to the sky Cause I know that I’ll always belong to the moon x2 thanks sara
I’m obsessed with this song… sooo good. I just hope it’s about a werewolf and not a blood sacrifice for the Illuminati /o\ 😳. Would love to hear the story behind this
I'm making my way through every show they're putting out on RU-vid. Still learning names of songs & getting familiar with the band in general, but I'm loving what I've found so far. Great way to spend a day off & cleaning your house with some puff power. 😎😉💚 Goose!!!
Loved the lead-in they did for Butter Rum here. Not even the false start on vocals could hurt this baby! As mentioned, the band absolutely delivered with yet another phenomenal Empress. When she shows up on the setlist, you know we're in for a treat, am I right? As for Red Bird, this is definitely not a piss break song. It's such a beautifully written tune and they really gave it room to breathe in good ole' Steel Town, USA! Would be thrilled to catch a Philly Red Bird in just a couple weeks but it may not be in the cards for me. ::deep sigh:: Haven't been back there in years and I know those are gonna be some smokin shows!
This was my first ever Goose show and I was blown away farther than I ever expected! (Which my expectations were already high) Finding your music has changed my life and getting to see you guys live makes me realize I’m going to follow you guys on tour!! See you in Cleveland in March!

Man let me tell you my night, me and 3 friends were an hour and a half away when my guy hit a curb at a gas station and bent his control arm. With 2 on foot walks to the parts store 2 miles up the road, a good Samaritan and myself got it fixed. Took 7 hours though. Needless to say we missed the show, which would have been the first for myself, and 2 others in my group. We made it home safely, thank god. So disappointing I couldn't make it. Hopefully Philadelphia.
I love that you guys are putting so much content out there, full shows etc.. this is like the modern day taping of dead shows but instead of trading and sharing cassette tapes we now share links 😂. So awesome, love what you guys are doing!! 👏👏
This was my first show and let me just say- videos do not do this band justice. If you ever get the chance to see these guys, take it, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for an amazing night goose. Pete side sweet side!
I absolutely agree. The videos are AMAZING, but live is just a whole different galaxy. The way you FEEL the music through your bones and soul is out of this world. Whatever note Trevor was hanging on during Redbird with the deep bass ballistic missile had people physically affected. I've never experienced that kind of sonic physiological manipulation quite like that. Absolute bonkers.
@@brianherr9787 We were over on Trevor's side this show. The note during redbird youre talking about had my buddy and i losing our minds. Seriously some amazing shit that night!
@@nathanjackson7704 I'm sure. I think they were trying to crack the foundation in half. I've never experienced a subsonic assault like that .. And I play the bass. It was amazing to watch people literally almost about to jump out of their skin. Like people were pulling at their hair and shaking their heads in terror and delight. It was insane.
GOOSE STREAMING is SAVING YOU TUBES Butt for no ADS. Thank You GOOSE you guys are saving souls - may you continue to reach DEAD levels. Humanity needs GOOSE. GET LOOSE WITH BUST A GOOSE.
This was a pleasant surprise notification. The empress was sweet . It had many peaks and valleys but most interesting countdown -> blastoff clocks in at @ 2:20:15
The highlight to me was Redbird followed closely by Empress. I really thought they were about to go into Chris Isaac's Wicked Game during it. And yes, the Tumble and Silver Rising were glorious and sparkling.
Amazing Amazing!!! I’m convinced they can’t do a bad show ! Every show no matter the year is amazing in its own unique goose way fuuuuuuuuuuhhhhh!!! OBSESSED! ❤
The red bird jam is a masterclass in dynamics, subtlety, and patience...they let it simmer, slowly adding spices till its about to boil over...then land it with grace...i love this jam...
@@Fatty_Margo they raged all spring and summer 2019 so expectations were high. The energy was not there, maybe it wasn't their crowd. People weren't wearing the orange hat and not enough mustaches yet.
First time hearing Red Bird! What a tune! Cant wait for summer tour dates, as im flying in from Europe to hit as many shows as possible! You all have been my soundtrack since 2020! 🤘🚀
I had broken ribs and wasn't going to miss this show, no matter how much pain I was in. I would let someone intentionally break more of my bones and still do this over and over again through the pain!!
@@EverestMystery I didn't do as much moving and shaking as I wanted to. Have to work on healing so I can be ready for the next Goose shows in a few weeks

Dude...totally was wondering what happened to Julian Smith. Awesome band bro!! Y'all should totally do 'red eye flashes twice' some day for old time's sake.
Light from the accretion disk is so bright, it's as if I have no visor on at all. Peering deep in to the abyss of Black Hole Goose, I know this is a one way trip. Even so, I find myself gleefully plunging headlong, straight towards the event horizon. Here, the gravitational forces are so strong, that space (and therefore time) actually gets twisted up in knots through a process called frame dragging. Time dilation is drastically more noticeable here. If I could turn back now, 200 years will have passed on Earth, even though I left just a few weeks ago. Able to withstand the immense tidal forces in my magic spaceship, the pull from Black Hole Goose is utterly and completely inescapable. I know my destiny. It's with the singularity, and it's white hot. Just like a rip roaring set closing Flodown! I try to ask the big questions. Will I finally learn the secrets to life? Does Ben REALLY know all the lyrics to every song? Has Trevor ALWAYS been so cool? You know, the thoughts that keep you up at night! Maybe I can tell you one day...in a new corner of the feathered multiverse...spawned by Black Hole Goose. Honk! Honk!
goose feels like that nerd group i secretly liked hanging out with in highschool. no hard feelins you guys can play! wonder what the next ten years are gonna be like. good luck on you're voyage
