Im 31, I've been listening to jam bands since I first heard the Dead when I was 15, so in 16 years you listen to quite a few different jam bands, and in those 16 years I haven't liked anything this much before. I'd rather listen to you before let's say even Umphreys McGee, Disco Biscuits, STS9, Spafford, Moe., and so forth, so congratulations on making my 4th place, 1.Grateful Dead 2. Phish 3. Widespread Panic 4. Goose
27 here, this is exactly how I feel. Started to listening to Dave Matthews band when I was 13. Loved the jam band aspect moved my horizons to all over jam bands where. Phish, Dave, and the dead are my three loves, and before I die these guys might get to number one. Absolutely amaZing talent. Some of the others jam bands never stuck likes umps, cheese, moe. I do like me some lotus
54 tomorrow Feb 8. (1) G.D. 2) Moody blues, Pink Floyd , Goose, Moe, Umphreys, DSO, leftover Salmon, STS9, Primus Black Sabbath, Poi Dog Pondering, Rusted Root, Above & Beyond, Lotus, Billy Strings,Galactic, aw shit sorry there is so many 😊
These were my first Goose shows, and certainly will not be my last! The memories made this past weekend will be with me for a lifetime. These guys are absolutely insane!! Can’t wait to watch them evolve. 🤙🏻

I feel like in White Lights, it's almost a "Beat It" tease. I can see how they could go into The Way It Is at any point, but I think in this one, I hear a loose "Beat It" with a spacey, almost old HBO movie intro clip wayyyyy back in the day feel to it.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-M9N9AByVnZ4.html - the HBO intro I was talking about, combined with Beat It in the White Lights jam...lol...combined with some Run Like An Antelope. Haha, I guess I hear LOTS of things in this jam. And I FREAKIN' LOVE IT.
@@brianherr9787 I hear Michael Jackson in a ton of their songs...I need to re-listen to night 2 but I vividly remember a "Don't stop til you get enough" styled jam
The videography on these shows are outstanding. So blown away from day 1 how Goose took themselves seriously in all they did even when they were playing for just 100 people in a bar
These guys look like they are relaxed and having fun while making incredible music. They know how to give back to their fans and are the best jam band I have heard in a very long time.
Goose isn’t my favorite band, but that weekend might’ve been the most fun I’ve ever had at a show. The pods, the energy, just knowing that live music was back….it was such a joyous experience that it’s hard to compare it to anything else. Besides phish. Lol.
Legit debated watching Bc I figured it’d make me jealous that it was a better show than when I first saw them at The Caverns. But then I remembered I’ve got a 2 night run in ATL in November. These guys are my favorite band. I love you, Goose. See you soon.
You’re right not a lot of bands would do it but that’s what makes this band so special. Not only are they amazingly talented but they are also smart as hell. They do a great job of marketing themselves and that’s part of the reason why they are growing such a rabid fan base so quickly. Can you imagine if Phish had platforms like RU-vid and Nugs in the real early 90’s?
Only 5 minutes in and I am loving the camera work and attention to detail with the tone and sound. Mic's everywhere, cameras everywhere. What a treat and time to be alive to have this kind of content available and free. This is really filling my cup today, and man did I need it. Thanks Goose!
Such an easy groove for this rhythmically challenged white guy to get into! After 45 years of concert going it’s always nice when you come across somebody keeping it fresh! Pumped to see them in Denver this afternoon with the Kitchen Dwellars!
@@lauchlinmacneil1567 and the bard song of Lauchlin MacNeil will carry through generations. The tale of his actions to keep the legend of Kevin Barry alive!!
Trevor and Rick have been playing together for 14 years or so; Ben and they have been at it for 7+ years. This is no over-night sensation. They have worked hard and deserve every iota of attention they are now receiving. And they get better daily!
I think Handini won the day with his killer guitar solo at 1:18:00 and King Gizzard shirt. Overall, such a great show. The White Lights jam, the SOS>Dawn to start set 2, and that wild Beethoven were all highlights for me.
These were my first live Goose shows, seen a lot of live music over years...these guys are legit. First set to finish of encore second night full on heater!
Wow that PA and stage rig! Must have been killer throw off that. Can't wait till we get indoor shows with all these guys have grown in music and production. The ability to play the rig is almost as important as writing the music. Will certainly be at another level.
Am impressed, still impressed from 2017/18 whence i first heard. Had to come early, but these boys were worth it then, and even more so today, clearly. So much talent, so many talents. Lots of material for me to catch up on. A very happy prollem.
Never seen these guys but this by far is best concert venue I've been to, may not be for the Beverly Hills type but it may, so many memories , haven't been here since 97, haven't been in Ohio since 2o21, but have to say other than my mother there's nothing I miss more, sure loved them Hippies
@@scottbing8201 it is. However I don’t entirely disagree with it. Could be biased having them as my favorite band right now and Dead as my all time favorite. But it is what it is
The first jam in all I need was delicious and a is a testament to this band pushing out the horizons of their music, not to mention a heater 2nd jam as always. This is a fabulous ride that I don’t want to get off of. Mid 90’s chills…Thanks Goose!

These guys have jumped to the very top of my most anticipated band to see this year. Ahead of Phish and SCI and UM. These guys are something special and can’t wait to see them live.
Whoever the girl is to Rick's left at 1:49:59 when they're singing "whoah oh oh", I love you. You look like a flower blooming in the sun, and it makes me happy every time. This Lead The Way is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard. This is one of my favorite all around shows, by anyone, ever.
This show was incredible. Each set was great on its own, but holy shit did I get blown away day 1, dont think ive seen a better show to date. Though that Madhuvan night 2 was so much fun. Goose rocked me so hard that whole weekend, goddamn
I have a strong feeling that Goose are a film crew and stars of a 1970s porn shoot. Peter is the audio visual guy, Rick is the director and Trevor and Jeff are the stars and they somehow got zapped into the future and decided that porn was too effed up these days and started a band...It's highly likely this is the case...
I've heard it referred to as a Brontosaurus 🦕 but whatever it is there be another there as well... That big one makes me wanna take my BammBamm & sit up there on his head like Pebbles did on The Flintstones...imagine the site to behold from that view
Goose you are like sweet butter on a cinnamon roll..gives me goosebumps. Awesome to see you guys literally excel every show. I work and live in Fort Collins, Cant wait for Sculpture Park in Denver!! ....and the fact that the band replies within 115 comment thread is just flat out cool.
Will these steams be left up? Definitely want to show the rest of my crew what I experienced this past weekend. Coming from a huge Phish fan, bravo. Will be making every effort to see the band ASAP. I had seen Goose open for Pigeons in one of my last shows of 2020. Their evolution to big stage act has been astronomical.
I was told the other day that I’m obviously not a Goose fan because I don’t have a favorite show. Well, Goose fans, I love them all. I have to say my introduction to the band was Peach fest. Blew my mind
Make way for the new king of jam bands. RIP dead heads it's time to let the new generation take over. Say hello to the next 30 years of touring! They are JUST GETTING STARTED!
