If a man has 13 kids and he gets into a situation where he needs care at home, should all 13 kids receive paid leave at the same time? Should a baby daddy who has five children by five different women get paid leave every time a woman has his child, even though he isn't going to actually be around that child on a regular basis? I took care of my father when he was failing, and I could not get any assistance, financial or otherwise. I understand the need for paid leave, but this bill as written can be abused.
