Casey, there's an official GoPro native Apple Watch app coming out (may already be available), that let's you use your Watch as a display for GoPro cameras. Should be a useful tool!

Why do people get more aggravated about animals getting hurt opposed to humans? I'm just so confused reading this comment section. I honestly don't get it. I feel as if this generation and the last are more compassionate to animals then fellow human beings.
@@run6run751 Of course we are. I believe you have never had a pet. Animals, and especially dogs, are pure hearted creatures that will love you no matter what. Humans are egoistical animals full of apathy and materialistic desires. Humans are the worst thing that ever happened to this planet! Humans are the animal that kills and destroys more than any other! Soon enough you'll realize that you will be able to trust very few people. You'll fight to find humans that will truly treat you right, that will care about you and will respect you (not mentioning love; that is the hardest thing to expect from a human). But a dog, he will love you unconditionally until the end of his days; I bet his soul will still love you infinitely, no matter where it is, in heaven, or in another body!!!
@@Albanez39 If there was a good natured human being (as most are), drowning and a dog drowing and you could only save one? Which would you save? If you pick the dog it'd be disgustingly selfish.The main reason your pet likes you is because you treat it well, give it a place to stay and feed it. if you value animal life over a fellow human you are selfish and are purely in the pet ownership process just because they give you joy. I'm not saying its poor to own a pet or that animal cruelty is ok, it's not, but to value animal lives or a humans is just horrible.

Use some sandpaper to rough up the surface slightly, then try painting it. It doesn't have to be all the way down, but just enough to give the surface some texture for the paint to stick to. Then Round 2 should go to yo. ; )
If you first get the paint surface to stick, then yeah. But if the paint surface doesn't stick first then the top coat will come off along with the paint. : )
yeh I was surprised he didn't use sandpaper, last weekend on the bus I decided to use a paintmarker to put designs on my phone, after I masked up a design on it with some electric tape I sanded it down with a some scissors so the paint would stick so I thought surely Casey would sand it I guess the GoPro has plastic that looks like paint will take to it *shrug*

A lot of viewers were upset. Hopefully Casey gives us an update (like if it was on the news. Cops were there), but probably this kind of horror happens all the time on the streets & we will never know what happened. :(
+danielandhisguitar i dont think it was animal abuse, from what i can tell its a guy pulling 2 dogs apart because they were fighting, and yes he pulled one of the dogs by its collar but...rather that than any of them getting bleeding wounds from each other right?

Upon further inspection of the video the dogs were fighting. I've had to pull my dog away from another dog like that before. Only because my dog was getting attacked. I am aware that it isn't the right way to do it, but when you're in that situation you don't really have time to think about the right and wrong way of pulling dogs apart. I was taught in my animal behavior college that you're supposed to just let them fight it out or try and get their attention and distract them, but it's nearly impossible. He wasn't abusing the dogs, though, to be honest, I hated every millisecond of the clip, but he was in all reality just trying to get them to not kill each other.

Casey - I really hope you'll update in a future video, about the dogs. I'm really upset by what I saw at the end. :'( I was glad the cops were there, because it looked like a case of animal abuse. I hope that guy didn't get the lady's dogs that she was holding. What the hell was going on? :((

+jiman kim I live in Europe and it's sure nothing compared to the US. There is no police brutality or abuse at all. I've mostly lived in the UK and Ireland and here the police are part of the community. They are kind and courteous to everyone and you can have a talk, laugh with them and they will hi-five you no matter if you're black or white. They don't even carry guns so there are no incidents at all of police shooting people or pointing guns at them. The same is in most European countries. Everything is much calmer in this side of the world.

Exactly what I was going to recommend. Or use plasti dip, although I don't know know it would hold up with the arrows, and it will occasionally have to be repainted. I don't have any experience with it, I just know it works extremely well, and you would only need a single can for that small camera. The benefit to the plasti dip is that it won't void any warranties since it will peal off when you need it to.
Niko Nolan Thats the point. You want to scratch the surface down to an even texture that is matte. Acetone wouldnt work because it is only used to strip paint, top coat, and such.
Casey, try using the Duplicolor adhesion promoter spray before spray paint, also only shoot the paint when the relative humidity is like 50%. Rainy days suuuuuck for spray paint.

Casey is a huge inspiration to lots of people and even though he doesn't have many subs this is one of those channels like Mark Rober (sorry if I spelt the name wrong and highly recommend ) that gains lots of one off views or people just drop by to watch. I think the style of living has made an impact on how you do RU-vid and made people notice the different videos Casey makes. He has made a whole new part of RU-vid and I am glad he has done that, I want to be able to be like Casey, not in RU-vid terms but his office is so wonderful and uses every space efficiently but made an art, the art of efficiency and practicality. So to any one who has dreams about their future, no one and nothing is stopping you, only you is stopping you because you will get there if you put enough effort into getting there. People think things are impossible but nothing is unlit you say it is. Only you can do things to get places in life and only you can stop you. Nothing else can stop you if you try hard enough but enough is a lot.
He means apps that comes with products. Like the Chinese smartwatch I once had. Came with an IOS app and it was just terrible. Wouldn't even pick up on the device. Usually them type of apps are just slapped together and left for dead.
is an alu case on the gopro you need to use acid etch primer and then a base cellulose layer onto the surface. for the most even look try scraping all the paint off with sand paper (glass paper) and scoring the material before acid etch primer @:D
+Jared Rule the camera is rubberised though, sanding it will just mess it up, and the paint still wont stick, he needs to use an epoxy paint or a brush on urethane rubber. or maybe a latex wrap. or make a case for it. Theres a lot of options, but just whipping out the paint cans doesn't workfor everything.
I bought one of these, the first gopro Ive ever bought as it was on sale for £160. It is very good, its reliable compact, nice design and handy being water proof. The video does benefit from a bit of color correction when editing but in all its a good little cam.
What was happening at the end of the vlog - A man was phisically abusing the dogs and the women/men didn't like it and were screaming for him to stop, as they were doing that they decided to take some dogs and run to help save them from being abused. This is my opinion on what happened since none of the dogs they had were on leashes.
