- We had an amaizing trip to the alpes (kappl/ischgl) in the last 10 days and the full edit will come soon :-) -
This video is about the run of my brother and me going down a nice route in kappl in the morning.

I knew someone would mention it and I'll tell you what I thought then: Nobody is perfect, even good sporters can make mistakes. As someone said who's experienced with the pist, that curve can be icy. I've been skeeing for 18 years, since I was 2. I am in control of my speed and don't fall at all, nearly. Anybody can make a mistake ;b

I went to 'Les Alpes' france , the ski resort was ridiculously wild and every day found new routes, new heights. The best holiday. do it, its not that expensive

Very nice recording!! supersnow&piste-condition (there in kappl/ischgl) Wide&fresh snow 4 flowing downwards... what is the king of enjoyment combined with clear sky&shining sun!! |;o} 4me this vid is showing how "good" that GoPro Helmet cam functioned while skiing...worth to buy it!! Greetz

Yep! It's the near collisions with other skiers that scare me the most. High speeds? Fine. Steeps? Nervous but still having fun. High traffic slow zone near the base of the lift on a busy day? Terrifying. D:

May I ask what you use to edit the videos? And did you have to do any conversion before importing it to the editor? Looks amazing. Hope I get to Tyrolean Alps too some day.

I thought this was an awesome skiing vid and I really enjoyed the memories of my own skiing adventures it brought up. I don't want to watch the pro's shredding all the time. Sometimes I'm looking for something a little closer to my own abilities, something I can relate to a little more :)

I don't understand. I have been to ischgl twice and there were so many people on tracks. I have never seen a few people on tracks. Did you ski at 6 a.m. or what?

It's quite early in the morning and just plain luck, I guess :) I experienced something similar last year with my nephew. The slope we took was practically empty top to bottom, so we could race and overtake each other all the way down and make some proper downhill jumps. Best run I ever had :D

i think the topspeed was 100kph, maybe only for some seconds(the speed has a different effect in videos), but it is really risky because the muscle could not hold a fall.

Nice run! Its a shame that you crashed but it happens. The fastest i ever went was 113,7 kph on the gps. The funniest thing is, you don't notice it until you look at the gps. Did you guys had that same experience?

Kann mir jemand sagen mit was für Kosten man rechnen muss für 5-7 Tage ca? Nur Skipass oder was man brauch und Leigebühr für Skier (ca.) Unterkunft finde ich selbst :p Wäre nett! :) Can anybody tell me how expensive the Skiing permit or whatever i need is? Just that and the price for renting skis. Thank you!
