yup i use the same mount for my dash mount in my T660, nothing can rattle it off, not even the mountain roads in BC, i also got the suction cup, hoping to make some cool backing into dock videos with it by mounting it on the mirror or something. and the camera is awesome, i wouldn't use anything else, its ridiculously versatile
Great vid, cool perspective on something that isnt a typical "truck cam" place, what settings were you using on your GoPro? Another cool perspective is somehow on the driver side mirror facing backwards down the trailer on twisty roads or backing up.
Next video u should mount it right at the front of the trailer towards the top looking over the roof of the sleeper of ur truck like they do in the trucking games just an idea. Very good video
That is really cool. Just think with two mounted on the back like you have this one you could have assisted back up like there is in cars. It could make backing into a dock so much easier then just looking at the side mirrors. You could see right behind the truck and 2 more like you have this one on each side, no blind spots. Think of how much safer is would be, no more backing over a fire hydrant, LOL.
Great video!! I'm just getting started in the business and already doing videos. I want to get one of these for when I get on the road! Thanks for the video!!
Yep, thats exaclty what they cost...if I was out there today,..this would be one thing I would invest the money in,,but have 2 of um on both sides of that truck,,specially that blind side..would have saved me a lotta trouble & my big safety bonus if I had it east of Nashville when that idiot come off the get on ramp & passed me on the right & I sideswiped him in my blind spot..........yep, I would say ya just left what used to be The Alamo truck stop in Sparks,Nv, huh? lol
