I have never made a RU-vid account or posted a video before, but sadly I now have to for a negative reason. I am making this video because GoPro customer service required me to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove that I attempted all possible troubleshooting for this issue even though they are aware it is a common and widely known issue. I am hoping that GoPro will review my video and offer to replace or refurbish my drones, or somehow otherwise get them working. So far I am very disappointed in the attempts they've made with one exception... their customer service employee Christopher James was an extremely kind and helpful individual to get me to this point, but still the "Karma Team" requires such a video before they will help you. I am confident from everything I have read that there is no way I can fix this issue at home without the remote pairing to the drone itself. Case Reference # 10013597
