Karma has been my second drone. 3DR Solo was my first. I love the idea that Karma is actually a platform for you GoPro. I'd been doing Kite Aerial Photography using small SLR cameras, but for days with no wind, a drone is a blessing. I bought mine as a factory refurbished model and the only problem was when the drone began to fly away by itself. I didn't syncrinized the second time I flew....Oppps!!! Novice pilot error. After that, I'd flw it on different locations with no surprises and it is really impressive how it can responds on high wind conditions.

I've had my Karma for 5 months now and love it. I use the camera everyday at work and the drone every other week. If I had went with the mavic, It would have been collecting dust. Check out my vids for an example of the silly movies you can create with the karma package.

When this video was first published, I was curious to see how long it would take the DJI fanboys to come out of the woodwork ... didn't take long! What's not to like about a B&H video that just walks you through the functions of a piece of equipment? A lot apparently. Here's the thing: different drones are good for different purposes and not everyone has the same needs as everyone else. All have had their problems as a few minutes on any of the online forums will attest. For some, a Mavic is ideal, for others a Karma is ideal, etc as they're both great at doing somewhat different things. Why some people take these things personally - as if which drone you own is like a religious belief - boggles and amuses me to no end. I could easily see value in owning a Spark, a Karma, AND a Solo, each for different specific purposes. If you don't have any use for any particular drone, or don't like it for any reason, simply do not buy that one. Use and enjoy the one you do like and please stop all the emotional nonsense directed at others!

Mavic owners have a lack of empathy, lack of situational and emotional awareness, thats why they try to make up for it with sensors, more half baked features, and have to come on GoPro videos to bash what they are afraid of. Yes, Mavic owners you are afraid, a confident individual would not concern themselves with going on youtube and posting hate comments for a drone. Us Gopro karma owners are on these videos building a community of like minded individuals. You Mavic owners are the protestors who show up trying to stir things up because you have nothing better going on for yourselves. Go fly your drone if it's so good and leave us Karma owners in peace.

I'm sure 98% of these folks are just fine - or just as fine as everyone else - it's just the 2% that are strangely emotional and hateful and somehow annoyed that someone other than DJI had the gall to even attempt to make a drone. It's downright weird the lengths they'll go to for the sole purpose of attacking other products, peoples' videos, etc.

When you fly, you need to be 100% certain your drone is going to do what you ask of it, for the price of the Karma, I couldn't trust it. I see videos of Karma lost GPS and crashed, the Karma is no lightweight and could cause serious injury. Sorry GoPro, that's how I see it.

Daniel Chen.... they are protecting GoPro. Now, there is two reasons for doing so. Either they are overtly pro GoPro or they are paid. In either case, B&H just tarnished their reputation. My comments were blocked too.

VTC, DJI pays you, who else works as hard as you posting on gopro videos? No one, you are the hardest worker out of the bunch.

Betty Brute Classic Karma owner reply.... when lack reasoning always resort to personal attack.... How is your GoPro position? You said you long it. Still have any faith left after you see the big wallet size Fusion was revealed? Oh, and not to mention that Karma was downgraded to compare with Spark instead of Mavic? Hahaha ^^,

Personal attack??? I said your a hard worker. Frank Wang would be proud. You of all people know the karma is not comparable to the spork or the crapvic. The demographic that purchases these is totally different. You wont see me telling mavic owners to post videos with more camera angles because their aerial videos are boring to watch. God forbid theres actually a story in their videos. Truth is I would watch your story, drone connoisseur, stock market shorter, internet swayer of sheep. Tells us more VTC
